More Than Loft Ladders レビュー

From the home quote through to installation, I can’t fault MTLL.
The guidance and knowledge to select the ideal ladder for my loft was excellent.
The installation by Dan went well, and his professionalism and friendly nature meant the installation was a good experience, especially with my dog wanting to say “hello” every 10mins.
I would highly recommend MTLL.

Would highly recommend this company. We had a new bigger hatch, boarding and ladder fitted today. The two young men who came were very pleasant and talked us though everything as they went along. They were finished by 3 o'clock and left everything clean and tidy. Great company 👌

After much researching we decided to use MTLL as they were highly regarded on sites such as here and Which. Overall we had a good experience with MTLL. There was some initial confusion with the quotes, an issue with the use of the loft ladders and the finish on the filler around the hatch. After speaking to the Manager and the surveyor all issues were dealt with to our satisfaction. There is room for improvement with regards to communication about arrival times and the returning installer didn't know the extent of the work he was scheduled to do. On the whole we would recommend MTLL. We are very pleased with the work completed.

Right from first contact they have been fantastic! We felt the price was good.
The work was done in a day and made a massive difference to our storage.
Couldn’t be happier

I would strongly recommend more than, as they were on time polite and left no mess. The loft now has been fully transformed, all the junk i had up there was taken out ,lighting fitted with two socket outlets and looks brilliant.
I would upload photos if i new how. Brilliant, thank you

Yet again, the service was exceptional. This time we asked them to insulate our loft to the latest installation specifications and to part board it out too.
The result is excellent, the loft is now well insulated and the boarding out looks fantastic and has given us a lot more storage space.
The left our home clean and tidy. We thoroughly recommend them.

Communication from start to finish was very good. On the day of installation, they turned up on time and were very efficient and professional. They put a covering on the floor to protect the carpet and left the job very clean and tidy. Very pleased with the bigger loft hatch and ladder they installed. Definitely would recommend these guys.

Mark was very helpful and knowledgable when he came to quote and arrived on time to complete the work to a high standard on the day.
We had new insulation and boarding completed, all tidied up and left clean. Would recommend.

Great experience from start to finish with More Than Loft Ladders. Booking a quote was quick and straightforward, and the pricing was very reasonable. The installation was smooth, professional, and completely hassle-free. We’re really pleased with the result and now have much-needed extra storage space. Highly recommend!

Great service and communication from start to finish, if only all companies worked to this standard life would be so much less stressful! Very happy with the quotation process, the work, the end product and everyone I had contact with.

Steve responded to my query on check a trade straight away, he provided a quote and arrived in time. Great job, would recommend MTL

Harry and Ethan completed my install in one day! They were really polite, tidy and respectful. I would 💯 recommend MTLL and will be doing so. The entire process was fab from quote to install. I’m a very happy customer :)

Really good communication from start to finish, arrived on time covered all floor spaces & got to work, quality of work is excellent & really happy with the new loft hatch & ladders, cleaned up & took away any rubbish left things spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend More than Loft ladders

Having seen the transformation of our neighbour's loft we decided to have the same work carried out. The initial survey was carried out quite quickly and a full summary of the work to be undertaken , as agreed on site, and the cost involved was provided shortly afterwards. On the scheduled day Mark arrived early and completed the loft boarding and also fitted shelving into the rafters within the space of a few hours. The standard of work is excellent and has transformed our loft into a superb storage area. The site was cleared of all debris and ready to use immediately. I have no hesitation in recommending this company . The work also carries a Lifetime guarantee.

Excellent service. They were very good - from the beginning till they completed the work. Steve we met first and he gave the quote. Everything was communicated properly and they kept us informed throughout. On the day of the work Steve and Liam did the work. Everything very neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend and would do the work with them if need be.

Andy attended quickly after contact, and gave us a good estimate for a new loft ladder. He put the new ladder in efficiently and quickly . I would thoroughly recommend Andy and his firm for loft work.

Great job. Thanks

Definitely a 5 star company, right from the start with Ben visiting and giving me a quote and then the installation of my loft ladder.
The two installers father and son were friendly, knowledgeable and very clean and tidy.
I definitely recommend this fantastic company
Thank you all
Julie

An excellent experience from start to finish! From initial contact, quotation, fixing installation date and carrying out works. I had two hatches installed and some insulation.
The fitting team did an excellent job, having to build one of the hatches from scratch and left both work areas neat and tidy.
Highly recommend

Friendly and professional service from start to finish! Mark and his team did an excellent job insulating and boarding our loft and creating a new loft hatch!
They kept us informed and involved throughout the process and left the house immaculate as if they'd never been here!
