Paid money but received no service, our account is inactive. Several cases opened, no response. Money lost or apparently a lawyer is needed, scam

We hebben betaald en krijgen geen adres. Na twee support emails dat het voor elkaar gaat komen krijgen we geen antwoord meer. Pas op dit bedrijf doet niet wat het beloofd en is niet te bereiken.

Total scam. Wasted my money and time. They don't respond to email. Complete fake and scam. There is no virtual office. They didn't give any Germany address. Just deducted my money and that's it.

Total Scam! Not received a single piece of Mail, Missing important invoice and resulted in a CCJ as THEY failed to forward mail! DONT TOUCH THEM! Clearly its a total Fraud, and their WEBSITE is still up and taking peoples money! Why is this allowed to continue, Im requesting a refund but won't hold my breath!

Amateuristic with 0 customer service. Based in the Netherlands but are clearly not based here. Communication is in English only. Nearly got into trouble with the tax authorities because my I stopped receiving mail for no apparent reason and no follow up on my emails.

Scam Alert, this company also operates under the domain proof of address. Beware, as this company is completely fraudulent. They will charge you, fail to deliver services, and ignore your emails.

You think you cheaply register your business though the trade register does not accept the registration of your business and post disappears. Scammer!

You pay for their services though it is a pure scam. The owner Blaustein is a known criminal in the Netherlands.

Very bad service. Very overpromising. Online portal constantly broken. Bad invoicing. Bankrupcy of the Amsterdam address with no solution after 10 weeks. Bad support.

THEY HAVE GONE BANKRUPT

I have just spoken to the KvK. They have been bankrupt since April of this year. BUT TOOK MY MONEY AFTER THIS DATE.
They have pretended they have no knowledge of the situation and are investigating why I am not receiving my mail.

Unbeliavable

we were their clients for 2 years, it works quite well, but now I have the same issue as below. We also received some mails to this address but noone gives us information about it. Now we have execution....

These people are unbelievable. They offer a virtual office, and when the KvK says that they have no right to rent the space due to a bankruptcy and require us to stop using the address in four weeks, they refuse to address the problem and won't refund for the time they weren't providing the service.

Incredible scam that I have received, when paying monthly creates a lot of confusion because it appears annual plan and you get the months not how much is in total payment, so I thought I had paid monthly and not at all was so. After 14 days, when I realized this error I contacted them trusting that we can all have a mistake, and they deigned to tell me that there was no refund, that I had spent 7 days when legally there are 14, a shame. Obviously they are sued and open dispute with the bank. If you know that I am going to stay monthly, what need is there to steal for a mistake that also confuses people?

They offer berlin but as soon as I signed up berlin is no longer avaialble and then berlin is fully booked (as a virtual office - hard to believe) what a bunch of no gooders. I hope I will be refunded in full.

Machen Werbung für 5 Standorte in Deutschland. Nach Emailverkehr, stellt sich aber heraus, dass die nur einen Standort haben und zwar in Düsseldorf. Beschiss und unlauterer Wettbewerb schon von Anfang an.
