service, the car was changed before pick up 3 times as car which was boocked by me they would not able to find, after investigation told that my car is on washing, but even after 30 min of waiting they did not found my car and gave another one which was really dirty and not cleaned.

Everything is good except the car…
Everything is good except the car didn’t have washer fluid, so we had to fill it up od the way (check before leaving parking space). Check out and check in went well and the car was in good condition.

Due to circumstances beyond my control
Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was only two hours late returning the car. There was an accident on the road, which caused a massive traffic jam and significantly delayed my journey.
Unfortunately, your company did not take these circumstances into consideration and charged me an additional €100. I believe this charge is unfair, given that the delay was caused by circumstances completely beyond my control.

Our rates are calculated on a 24-hour basis and our company offers a grace period of 59 minutes to accommodate minor delays. After this time frame, the system automatically charges for an extra day.

Everything was excellent. The booking process was simple, the staff were friendly and helpful, and both picking up and returning the car went smoothly. The car was clean and in great condition. We are very satisfied and would definitely choose Locauto again!

Stay clear of this company!! Trying to argue there is a dent in the roof due to a hail storm. I’ve tried to take a photograph of the dent and it does not even show on a photo. Arrived home to a €1570 bill off them. They are just exploiting customers. DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THEM!!

The car it was very dirty, The front windshield had oil on the inside. The car was not mechanically sound; there was knocking in the entire steering and suspension system.
