Wir haben spontan online ein Auto gebucht.
Abholung bei einer eher gelangweilten Dame mit E-Zigarette auf dem Tisch - aber bis hier war noch alles in Ordung. Wagen wurde ungewaschen übergeben - erster Minus Punkt. Beim Einsteigen hat der Boardcomputer dann Reifendruck angezeigt. Ich wieder rein und musste die Mitarbeitern erst einmal
Überzeugen, dass dort eine Meldung steht. Erste Aussage lautete: Kann nicht sein, weil der Wagen neu ist. Sie hat sich dann aber doch aufgerafft (unter Stöhnen und laut vor sich hin motzend) und hat die Fehlermeldung bestätigt. Daraufhin wurde insgesamt, dass es nicht weit von hier eine Zweigstelle gibt mit Pumpe. Als wir dann anmerkten, dass wir ja ein funktionierendes Auto gebucht hätten wurde entnervt die Tür zugeknallt und die Dame ist abgedüst zu der Zweigstelle. Das Auto wurde uns dann völligst entnervt übergeben. Ich brauche kein Dauerlächeln aber das war dermaßen unprofessionell und respektlos wie ich es selten erlebt habe. Vlt soltlte nicht jeder im Dienstleistungsbereich arbeiten.

Non ho trovato quella attenzione che normalmente un cliente dovrebbe avere. In particolare ad una mia richiesta di recuperare un copri lenti per filtrare i raggi di Sole, che avevo dimenticato in auto, mi è stato risposto in modo sbrigativo dalla dipendente, che l'auto era stata rinoleggiata e che non poteva farci nulla, quando poteva semplicemente contattare il nuovo cliente noleggiante ( tra l'altro ho consegnato l'auto il sabato sera e ho telefonato alle 9.10 del lunedì quando ha riaperto l'ufficio, non credo sia passato molto tempo dalla consegna dell'auto al nuovo noleggiante) per chiedergli una volta riconsegnata l'auto di inserire la custodia, che essendo piatta, passa bene dalla fessura, dove vengono inserite le chiavi nella key box, che a proposito dovrebbe essere segnalata un po' meglio di una semplice fessura su una parete. Per il resto l'auto era stata consegnata in buono stato, pulite e ben funzionante.

J'ai bien aimé la voiture en général malgré que ce n'était pas la voiture choisie sur la réservation.
Par contre le personnel à Grossetto était franchement antipathique et on n'a pas pu m'installer le GPS. Heureusement, j'ai pu le faire moi-même par après.
Je trouve aussi un peu exagéré le montant réclamé quand le véhicule est remis dans un autre endroit que celui du départ.

Was really easy to book the car and when we got it it was no problem to extend the rental period. The only thing that was not so nice was the tyre pressure when we got the car. The pressure was showing an alarm and when we went to check the pressure at a filling station we noticed that the pressure in all tyres was far to high. But we were able to solve this issue and we had some nice days with the car. The staff was really friendly and the price was okay.

Car was what I had reserved and ready on time. Sarah in the Grosseto office was professional, very efficient and helpful. Able to communicate necessary information in Italian or English. Location extremely convenient from the train station.

Car was ready. OK for the price. AC not working. The employee wasn't very patient. She seemed to be bothered. Her attitude changed a little when I apologized for "bothering her".
