We had a hire car from Leche in Puglia…
We had a hire car from Leche in Puglia to Naples. The car was absolutely fine and collection was efficient and straightforward. However, drop off at Naples main station was very difficult. We had not been given directions to the drop-off garage, the access to the garage was extremely tight, and the receptionist was surly to the point of rudeness.
If Locauto could provide accurate directions to their offices and invest in some staff training, we would happily give them a five star review.

Renting the car online was very easy
Renting the car online was very easy. The staff was highly professional and quick to handle the paperwork. The car was new and very well-maintained. Pick-up was easy and drop-off was fast. I will definitely use their services again whenever I visit Italy.

Another excellent experience with Locauto
This was our second time using Locauto, first in Lecce. The initial booking process was clear and very easy to follow. Rental administration and checking in / checking out were very efficient. Our car was very well presented. We were very appreciative of Daniel’s offer to call a taxi when we returned the car.
