Locauto Group - Palermo Aeroporto

Everything went smoothly. Check in, check out. Good company.

It was all excellent and smooth from the car pick-up till the drop-off. Quick and professional, very polite. Buy the “don’t worry” insurance and you won’t have problems with your journey. My choice is Locauto.

Wszystko było w porządku. Odbiór i zwrot samochodu odbył sie sprawnie.

Correttezza! In 10 minuti eravamo fuori dall’aeroporto!

They saved me when a competing car rental company refused to accept the insurance I had purchased through Ryanair and therefore wouldn’t give me the car because I didn’t have a high enough credit limit on my card. They found a solution and provided me with a car.

Overall, a great experience! The staff was friendly, and the customer service was fast and helpful. We read all the rules carefully beforehand to avoid any issues (e.g., the credit card used for the reservation must belong to the driver) and opted for full-coverage insurance. Everything went smoothly, and we were very satisfied with the service.
