I would have gladly given a better review but our experience at the arrival was great, however when we left the car was horrible. When we picked up the car we noticed it was completely scratched on a side, back wheels and so on, so I went back inside to ask the person that give us the car and he said it was completely fine and not to worry about them. I was skeptical about it but and insisted if we should take pictures of the scratches and again he said that they already know about it and not to worry. I wrongfully trusted that and left with the car. When I returned it, there were 3 guys, none of them was the previous person and told us that the car was damaged, I've told them that the other guy told us that its fine and its something known. He said that can't be possible and if i had any proof that the damage was there when we picked up the car and this is where I go lucky that we took 2 pictures of the scratches on the side, however we missed one on top of the car, in which obviously told us that they had no idea about that scratched, I tried explaining to him that there is no way I could have done it since we had a parking spot at all time plus the damage was done on top of the car which he conveniently looked directly to, but then we started arguing that I should pay for it, anyway. For all of you out there that are looking to rent from this company, do not believe as i did when they tell you not to worry about it, just get out of the car before you even leave and take pictures and videos of the car, even with full insurance, because if another one gets the car in and they damage it and it's not seen, you will be charged with other's fault, which is totally bs. I saw in your reply that you mention about the pick up check up, that has not been performed, the person that gave us the car said that they know that the car was damaged its our mistake that we should have just refused the car. Also to give more context when we arrived with the car the guy at the check out without even checking the existing damage on the car just straight up got up on a wheel and checked the roof and said that the damage done was not there before, and when I asked him to check the document to confirm, he said he already knew it was not there, which only leads me to the conclusion that they missed that area on the last customer and needed a coverage and since we did not check the roof of the car because well, they said they are aware, it's pinned on us so yea, that's just bad business.

Sempre il top, ormai noleggio auto quasi tutte le settimane,ma il servizio che trovo a Treviso non l ho mai trovato da nessuna parte,.spero di ritornare presto.
