I had a problem with the car and I had some dificulty contacting Locauto for help. I had to go to Locauto (Venice) to exchange the car (+/- 200km).
But, I recommend Locauto.

Abbiamo preso a noleggio per cinque giorni un' auto all' aeroporto di Treviso,
molto gentile la segreteria, ci è venuta incontro alle nostre esigenze e senza farci spendere una cifra esorbitante, ci ha dato una macchina perfetta per le nostre possibilità ...
Sì può pagare anche con una carta prepagata, basta che sia nominativa...
Un' esperienza da ripetere,
ottimo il personale, molto cortese...!

Second time choosing locauto from Treviso. All process goes smoothly and fast from the rent desk up to Pick up location. ( We received an car upgrade as well). Traveling to different EU countries without extra charges.

The staff was polite and patient. We got a great car, very clean. The booking process was smooth

The car was at a parking lot few hundred meters next to the airport, the lady at the counter was very polite, 10 minutes in total to get the car

Il servizio e le condizioni del personale si sono avvicinati tantissimo.

Unfortunately, it was very very bad experience with your company because at the beginning I told them I’m handicap. I need a car carefully automatic and they said OK and even I showed my pictures on my legs and my body that is very difficult manual but at the end they gave us a Peugeot car which it was manual and when I find out, I came back to the reception and they almost fight with me to change it and they didn’t and we waited already, and we left after half an hour the car was showing problems indicating that you must check the engine and you must check the tires then I had to come back all the way back and show them and then they had no choice to change the car for me at least had a GPS because the other one didn’t even have GPS which I asked from the beginning so the second car was the same one manual with GPS, but the GPS was not working at all when we left so I had to go through the Journey that I had for all those times and using my own telephone for GPS. I couldn’t even put it on that GPS we had anyway it was very hard. I never had a rental this bad experience. It was really suffering trip with this car which most of the time I parked it somewhere and I took other transportation when we came back. I explained everything to the gentleman a different desk and they told me they cannot do anything, but you can we will send you an email and you can tell them everything your problems with the company and with the people and for sure they will take care of you and hopefully we will hear very soon from you to consider about our billings too. Thank you.

Auto Skoda Fabia wypożyczona na lotnisku Treviso. Po wcześniejszej rezerwacji online na stronie wypożyczalni wszystkie formalności przebiegły bardzo sprawnie. Pełne ubezpieczenie, depozyt 0,01 EUR. Auto czyste i w dobrym stanie. Podczas odbioru na formularzu były już zaznaczone wszystkie drobne uszkodzenia na lakierze. Zwrot również szybki. Sprawdzony poziom zatankowania paliwa.
