Sono già cliente di Locauto e questa è stata l'ennesima conferma di un ottima azienda. Noleggio di 1 settimana, presso aeroporto di Verona, con auto nuovissima, poco più di mille chilometri. Personale al banco gentile e attento alle esigenze del cliente, così come il personale di controllo auto alla consegna.
Tutto perfetto

Auto in ottime condizioni con solo 6.000 km circa, velocissimi e gentilissimi nella consegna e altrettanto nella restituzione.

Noleggio aeroporto Verona dal 4 all'11 Luglio 2026.
Non era la prima volta che noleggiavo da LOCAUTO.
Ottime le auto date in nolo, quasi nuove, pulite e in ottime condizioni.
Non mi sarei mai aspettato che alla riconsegna dell'auto non trovassi nessuno della Locauto che verificasse, in mia presenza, le condizioni dell'auto e mettesse in evidenza eventuali danni da me arrecati
L'auto da me attentamente controllata era nelle medesime ottime condizioni di quanto l'avevo noleggiata. Invece al mio ritorno a casa mi arriva una mail che mi contesta un non meglio specificato nè dimostrato danno al parabrezza con richiesta di un risarcimento di € 700,00. E ciò, ripeto, senza fornirmi alcuna prova documentale del danno. Il tutto è profondamente scorretto e aleggia un vago sentore di truffa a mio danno. Ho presentato opposizione e se la situazione non viene chiarita passerò la pratica al mio avvocato. Il comportamento di Locauto non è serio!! Attenzione prossimi clienti: sembra che Locauto vi aspetti "al varco" quando restituite l'auto per spillarvi un pò di soldini senza che in vostra presenza nessun dipendente LOCAUTO abbia contestato alcun danno da voi arrecato.
Io certamente non noleggerò mai più da loro.

Finalmente dopo diverse esperienze fallimentari ho trovato Locauto, sicuramente meno pubblicizzata di altre ma seria. Intanto la categoria di macchina scelta da me non solo è stata rispettata ma anzi, mi hanno consegnato un’auto al di sopra della mia richiesta e delle mie aspettative. Ero stata abituata nelle
Precedenti esperienze alla solita litigata al momento della consegna. Quindi con la speranza che non sia stato tutto casuale consiglio vivamente Locauto.

Car had numerous damage marks & dents..told to take videos of whole car ( in a poorly lit garage). Not a good start. Felt uncomfortable to sign to agree with all this damage. When I asked if there was a fuel station locally was merely told yes. ..no directions or map.
There was no water in the windscreen washers & wiper blades
Were very noisy ..needed replacing .I don't think the car had received any checks before pick up.
Struggled badly to locate any filling station for last fill..had to drive away from airport to fond one..very stressful. When I mentioned these things at drop off the Locauto rep just shrugged!
Overall quite a poor experience..would not use again!

Buongiorno sarò ripetitiva ma con Locauto mi sto trovando bene tanto da provare a passare al noleggio lungo termine.Un plauso alle ragazze dell aeroporto....le migliori

Staff and service were all good, but the car itself wasn’t. I ordered a ‘petrol’ vehicle of the smallest size, but got a brand new Fiat Panda Hybrid. Had I known how poor this Panda was, I would’ve refused it. A panda this heavy makes absolutely no sense and even less for a hired car. Max speed on the motorway 80 km/h and waisting lots of petrol to keep the heavy battery at 20% loading… never again.

The whole experience was excellent .. very efficient check in, fully explained the insurance options etc .. very smooth process was in my hire car within 15 mins .. the staff were super friendly and helpful .. highly recommend and would use them again

Very quick and easy getting the rental car from them. I did register previously in their system, so I recommend doing that to save time. In addition we got brand new Volvo XC40 while we had booked Peugeot 3008 (for lugagge space). XC40 fit our luggage just and just, so we went with the brand new car :) Other cars were also offered, so I can recommend them for sure!
PS The only strange thing about them was the return - no email or information when they received/checked the car. Just dropped the keys at the office (not the parking lot) and nothing followed. Just odd :)

High quality car provided in excellent condition. Booking process was easy, clear and fairly priced. The check in area was very busy but the staff were efficient in getting us on the road.

The only issue I had was trying to contact the airport desk when stuck in UK to let them know our flight was significantly delayed - when calling the desk no-one answered (which is understandably if they were busy) but all I got was a recorded message in Italian which I could not understand with no english option available. Hope they address this issue as the stress of trying to talk to someone to retain a booking is not good when stuck on a delayed flight.

The good news is my car was still reserved unlike other passengers on our flight who lost the bookings with other companies?

Prenotazione fatta dal sito. Ho sbagliato una data ma telefonando mi hanno prontamente modificato la prenotazione. L’auto consegnata era pulita e profumata.il personale super gentile e cordiale (aeroporto Verona). Queata e’ la
Terza volta che noleggio auto da loro e mi trovo benissimo. Alla prossima !
