From visit to showroom to installation everything was first class and the door looks great

From start to finish Lochinvar are well established company to be trusted. I’ve now used them 3 times and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

From the initial contact to the installation I found the whole process of dealing with Lochinvar windows effortless. Having agreed to having 8 windows replaced the fitting team duly arrived on the agreed date and did a wonderful job of removing the old ones and replacing them with our new beautiful windows.
At the end of each day they did not leave until the whole area was cleaned. I would not hesitate in recommending Lochinvar Windows.

Don’t trust them! I complained about the quality straight away they were fitted because they weren’t what I was promised! Then they fell apart, they tell you that you have a 10 years guarantee then don’t honour it! I’ve been fighting for 5 years straight to have them replace them! Once they have your money they don’t want to know and won’t return your calls or emails!

We recently had five windows replaced at the front of our house. We were very pleased with the quality of both the windows and worksmanship were excellent. A very professional team, removed old windows with no impact to surrounding decor, and even cleaned up after themselves leaving no mess at all!

Great installation, no messy and the quality of windows are great. The installation were inefficient and didn't stop.

Another excellent job from Lochinvar. We've used them four times now to upgrade our old double glazing throughout our house, to install new doors and to even put in a new triple glazed Velux window. The most recent installation was to the usual high standard, with the guys doing a couple of trickier installs into recently tiled sills and surrounds - it was difficult to get the old windows out without damage to the surrounds but they managed it. Well done Lochinvar.

Our choice of choosing Lochinvar to do our job was the Right one ….. great advice from start to finish. The two fitters were excellent the minute they arrived any problems they incurred were dealt with . The door and windows we received were excellent quality and well made . Anyone that comes to the house we receive admiring quotes…..well done lochinvar .

After a useful discussion of options we ordered a new rear door. Initial measurements and then installation went smoothly with good work by friendly installers.

Lochinvar are a well established local company with a commitment to quality work being carried out at all times. Very professional approach to whatever job they might take on. fitters very friendly and approachable, and above take pride in the work they carry out. I personally have dealt with Lochinvar for 24 years, testimony to the trust I have in there workmanship.

The workmanship is to a high standard and would highly recommend ! We have other jobs booked in because they were so good ! And I'm also going to mention john the guy who tidies up after is amazing at his job ..to the point he cleaned the glass that well I walked into it !!

Quality team and professional job completed to our high expectations and entire satisfaction. This was a big job: - extension, kitchen and shower room and we have been delighted. We, and our family, have used Lochinvar many times previously so knew in advance that they would be excellent. Their tradesmen were professional and friendly - they were particularly good at ensuring the customer was fully satisfied and nothing was any trouble. Their boss dropped in about twice per week to check on progress and any issues for which there were none of any significance. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Lochinvar, they kept us updated during each stage of our conservatory and we were really impressed by all of the tradesmen. We were able to tailor the build to our taste and we are really happy with the finished result.

From salesman to fitters all contacts with the company were professional and helpful.

When we decided the current sunroom had come to its end we contacted a couple of companies for quotes etc. During our visit from Gary at Lochinvar to discuss what our options were, he provided us with options of what can and cannot be done. He was the only salesman who provided that extra information. I found him to be pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. When we finally decided to go ahead there was an agreed schedule of works required which involved removal of old sunroom and repairs to the drainage. All the crew involved in this project were polite, good humoured, tidy and professional. When the extension was painted and fully finished with lights, radiators and flooring we were both absolutely stunned with the quality of build and finish. I especially love the full length window in the roof. I would like to take this review to let others know that I would highly recommend Lochinvar for any project that you are considering.
