New conservatory & Bathroom install

Excellent assistance at showroom to give ideas and overview. Gary in sales came out and gave excellent assistance and was quick with quote for both.
Large job over a few months as explained beforehand. Moved plumbing for bathroom as needed with no fuss, removed old ‘lean to’ from back of house.
All the tradesmen were polite, friendly and would recommend their work. Attention to detail in their clean up was amazing. I had dreaded having workmen at my home for a long time but these guys made me relaxed about it all.
Chyvonne was at the helm to ensure we were kept informed and confirmed receipt of funds by return which put my mind at ease. She was helpful and a credit to the company.
I can’t recommend them enough and wouldn’t hesitate to contact if further assistance is needed.

I recently had a new front door installed by Lochinvar.
From my first contact, to the final installation, I found Lochinvar to be a pleasure to deal with.
I was given a quote from the salesman who was very polite and professional. At no point did I feel like I was being pressured into agreeing to anything.
After deciding to go ahead with the purchase I paid a small deposit and was then given a timescale for the installation.
The installation team did an excellent job. They left my property clean and tidy after they were finished and were nothing but professional the whole time. The door itself is gorgeous and I am delighted with the finished product.

Salesman, surveyor and fitters very pleasant and professional. Job completed in 1 day. Nicely finished. So far, very happy ( it's only been a couple of weeks since install). I'd have no issues using lochinvar again.

On deciding to have a conservatory built, the salesman went through my requests, advised on my best options and suggested other useful ones. He was not pushy and listened to my needs. Work started as planned and went smoothly. Tradesman arrived on time every day, kept me informed of next steps and tidied up behind them. They also liked tea and biscuits!
Cheyvonne was a great help in the process by keeping the work on track. I'm very happy with the price, work, service and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Lochinvar and would not hesitate to use the company again

We are delighted with our new doors which were professionally installed despite the back door being non standard sizing.
From initial contact to job completion everything was as planned with good communication throughout. The overall cost was in the same range as other quotes. I would use Lochinvar and again and would happily recommend them to anybody looking for replacement doors.

Great experience from start to finish. Got good advice and ideas at the sales stage, price was competitive, survey was done when scheduled and the fitters were quick, tidy and done a fantastic job. There was a couple of minor snagging items to sort but these were no trouble and were sorted within a couple weeks of install.

All in all a great company to deal with and would happily recommend.

Outstanding service. Our new front door is beautiful. Every part of the process was great. The fitting was so clean and fuss-free. We'd feared a mess and a plasterer and decorator to make good but nope - old door gone, new door in, not a mark anywhere.

I got new windows fitted and got great advice from Kenny when he came out to give me a quote, knowing nothing about windows I got every question answered with great knowledge.
The quote was extremely competitive.
The surveyor came out on schedule and the same with the window fitters who did a great job and left my place clean and tidy. The windows are great and a couple of months in I have no issues.

Had a new front door fitted and delighted with it. The service we received from beginning to end was excellent. Everyone is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The day of fitting went so smoothly and the fitter explained what he would be doing. Would highly recommend.

We had used Lochinvar before and had a good experience which is why we went back again for another two windows. They were great throughout the process. Everyone I spoke with was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. The team that installed the windows were friendly, quick and did a good job.

Delighted with the Garden Room extension Lochinvar did for us. We had our own architect draw up the plans but everything else was done by Lochinvar, including a new kitchen. Gary was great at liaising with us which was potentially tricky as we were not on site. Electrician Jamie was fabulous. We recommended Lochinvar to friends and they were similarly delighted.
