The staff were extremely helpful in arranging an invoice for our small business to buy a larger number at a very reasonable price.

We've been trialling a Lockabox at our training school, and it's been fantastic. It's the perfect solution for our school environment, especially when working with teenagers. Learners can still see their phones, which really helps reduce any anxiety about being separated from them, while knowing they're securely locked away during lessons. It creates a much better learning environment with fewer distractions, and everyone knows their phones are safe. The customer service has also been excellent from start to finish. We will definitely be purchasing more and would highly recommend Lockabox to schools, colleges and training providers.

My first Lockabox purchased I somehow got locked out of. The excellent customer support managed to get me back in!
I have now purchased two more. I have a son with learning disabilities who cant regulate his eating of some foods. We purchased a clear Lockabox in agreement with my son for crisps and chocolate biscuits. He really liked it. The clear box helped him still have the comfort of his favourite food but the lock helped him manage his inability to control himself. Recently we have had more difficulties so i asked him if we should buy some more for further items. He had been eating salt out of his hand, suffering hypertension this is a serious problem. He agreed and the salt is now locked in one of their boxes and we bough another larger one so his crisps weren’t so cramped!
Probably an unusual use for these boxes but a role they fulfil beautifully in our household. Also a relief for a mother as the customer support is very efficient and can think ‘out of the box’! Thank you!

Our care company got to know Lockabox during a care show in Birmingham. We found the product useful for our elderly clients, especially those with dementia. Since then we have ordered a few of these boxes and they were great as expected. Although the last box we ordered was faulty, getting a replacement was a breeze. Excellent product, excellent response.

Extremely efficient service from start to finish. Very tentative customer service. Goods arrive on time as specified. No issues, would highly recommend.

To open, just turn left and right on the knob while spinning the dial, the numbers will catch on the combination. Liked the idea, rendered absolutely useless with the temu lock

Super efficient, ordered and despatched same day and arrived the next. The Lockabox is exactly as described, no surprises there and the combination lock was changed in about a minute.

Easily opened by a 9 year old, audible click and slight feeling in finger when selecting correct combination numbers on dial. Happy we didn’t have meds in it.
