Near to Eiffel Tower - Paris.. Easy to book & everything went smoothly. Would defo use again

It was fine. A little expensive, but a great location. I wish you could just pay for the amount of time you use. I had to guess when I'd retrieve my bag, and I guessed wrong, which meant paying for a few hours that I didn’t need. It was also very hot inside the little space. Air conditioning would be better.

Place is amazing and quite cheap (used for 4h) but the door code could work 15 minutes early so you can get in and actually use the charger instead of waiting outside. To our luck someone got there before us so we could get inside with him and wait a couple of minutes for our storage INSIDE where the temperature is right.

Desde a facilidade a criar o registo inicial, à simplicidade e rapidez com que acedi ao cacifo, além de que, na minha opinião, tem uma ótima relação custo/benefício.
A única coisa que posso apontar, foi a a necessidade de ter que ligar para o apoio a clientes, afim de solicitar a alteração da hora de recolha, dado que pelo website tal não foi possível.

I used this service to avoid dealing with people, but it backfired.

They were inflexible—the doors wouldn’t open, and the locker locks wouldn’t unlock.

If I’d known it would be like this, I should have just left my stuff with a person from the start.

It was hassle free experience

Wir haben es das erste mal benutzt und es war super einfach zu benutzen und wirklich sehr sehr praktisch. Nur schade gibt es nicht eine direkte App. Wir werden es aufjedenfall benutzen.

Me pareció bastante practico la verdad y seguro. No le doy las cinco estrellas porque me fué medio complicado conseguir que me explicaran pues era mi primera vez usando el servicio, pero es más un decir que no es perfecto pero si muy bueno.

Lo volvería a usar.

The door was not getting unlocked when I went to get my luggage back. Tried calling on support number but no one received. Then tried another support number and one agent attended the call and opened the door remotely.
This was a nightmare situation. But somehow resolved.

Fue fácil reservar en la web, todo funcionó correctamente y la localización era correcta y cerca de la torre Eiffel. No le pongo 5 estrellas porque olía muy mal en las taquillas y había comida y objetos por el suelo y por el precio algo caro por solo 5 horas.
