I’m genuinely impressed with the service from Lockdales Coins. Payment was acknowledged quickly, and my order was passed straight to the postal team for dispatch. The item was due to be delivered the next day, which is honestly the fastest turnaround I’ve ever had from an auction house. Clear communication, efficient processing, and a great overall experience. Highly recommended.

Following confusion regarding the postal address in respect of the purchase of a Rolex watch, Lockdale's staff recalled the parcel and had it redirected to me two business days later. I cannot praise Katherine and Sharna enough. They were understanding, prompt, and professional. Thankyou both for dealing with me so considerately. You are a credit to the company you represent and a pleasant reminder, in a world of AI and chatbots, of how customers service was once handled. I shall definitely buy from Lockdales again as a result.

After a visit from Lockdales to Brightlingsea in May 2025, I found myself disappointed with the lack of customer care. Your staff were friendly enough but seemed completely uninterested in most things people were taking to be valued. I was not the only person who felt this way. What is business to you may be of sentimental value to others and these days people may be forced In to selling loved items! Fortunately I got a very good price for mine from another source

I attended the valuation day in Northampton and was a little sceptical owing to a bad experience I had with Vintage Cash cow (do NOT ever go near them). I brought 4 items of gold jewellery with me and sold 3 for a reasonable and fair price. The staff interacted with me and I found them very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
