The long family history of this magnificent jewellers is a true legacy to the warm, wonderful professional and importantly, sincere staff. After being married for almost 39 years I had always wished for "that diamond ring", after much and I mean much deliberation and a few visits to Rebecca's jewellers my husband made the purchase of my dream diamond ring. Hayley and Matthew were incredible totally understanding of my dithering. The experience has left me wishing to return to this shop just to be in the presence of such beautiful jewellery and have a chat with the 2 great representatives of this amazing and successful family history. Thank you for a platinum service.

We ordered 2 spinner rings with birthstones. They arrived today, quicker than we expected! They are absolutely beautiful 😍

After 38 years my Husband finally said he was going to buy me the engagement ring he couldn’t afford when we got married. We’re regular visitors to Southport and I often looked at the beautiful displays in Rebecca’s Jewellery Shop on Lord Street.
I wasn’t disappointed during our visit. Rob the manager and all the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Overall received excellent service (Rob even kindly cleaned my eternity ring so it looked like new!)

Visited Rebecca's jewellers today to look for a gift for my mums 70th birthday.
What a wonderful shop, staff were very friendly and helpful.
You know sometimes when you feel a company goes that extra mile, I get the feeling it's like that all the time here.
My purchase was beautifully gift wrapped, a complimentary jewellery cleaner kit was included and the final nice touch was a lovely bottle of bubbly, a gift for my mums birthday.
Really lucky to have such great shops in our town.

The whole experience as soon as you walk through the door. The friendliness, help and nothing is too much trouble. We have been going to Rebecca's since December 1990, and all our jewellery has been bought fro Rebecca's. In 2018 we moved away from Southport to live in Brittany, France. This year after 30 years as a couple we decided to get married. The only jewellery shop that we wanted to buy our rings from, was Rebecca's. They could not have been any more helpful and made the most beautiful engagement ring, helped select the matching wedding ring, designed my wedding ring and repaired two rings. We could not be any happier and highly recommend Rebecca's to everyone. Thank you for making our experience so special and memorable.

I bought an eternity ring for my wife, she had seen it first on Rebecca’s web site, so I was then dragged to the shop, kicking and screaming to buy it.

We were well looked after by a young lady who showed us the ring and other rings that were similar.

To my dismay my Wife took the assistants advice and chose the more expensive one, to be fair she was right in what she said the ring was stunning.

Then a guy appeared from nowhere, a bit like a David Blaine magic trick, he promptly emptied my bank account and explained how the ring would be sized asap and he would phone us when it was ready to collect.

Very professional and polite - no hassle, no hard sell, almost painless.

The shop itself is like an Aladdins Cave, small and cosy yet so much stock - Watches, Rings, all types of jewellery, something for everyone.

I have never bought from Rebecca’s before but I will be from now on.

Went back to see Matt and Rob for some advice on an item I wish to sell, couldn't have been more welcoming and knowledgeable. Helpful is an understatement.
Ended up leaving a very happy man with a new watch for myself to match the one I bought for the wife a fortnight ago. I simply cannot recommend Rebecca's highly enough. Just awesome service from awesome people.

This is one unique jewellers.
All staff are superb. The quality of stock is outstanding. My son bought his first Rolex in this shop, this week. The relaxed approach was first class, no pressure at all, just a super supportive experience. The manager just knows what to do.

I can’t recommend Rebecca’s Jewellers enough. I have been coming back to this shop for over 20yrs, firstly for my engagement ring and recently for a watch. The customer service is excellent and you are never pressured into making a purchase. Every time I go back they always clean my engagement ring for me, little touches like this mean so much. I visited this shop to buy something special for my daughter in law and came away very happy with my purchases. There was a huge selection of goods and they were very reasonably priced. The salesman was very friendly and helpful and I can highly recommend this shop.

I bought my youngest son a Rolex Submariner yesterday. I saw it on their website, phoned up and left a deposit. First time I have ever been in Rebecca's, even though I have walked past hundreds of times and often look in the window. Wow, what an enormous choice of jewellery and Rolex watches. We were looked after by the very helpful and knowledgeable Rob. It is never easy parting with over £9500, but it was a great experience and my son is delighted with the Submariner and we definitely had a better experience than Rob did trying to buy a new BMW from Williams in Liverpool.

When I need another watch or jewellery, Rebecca's will be first on my list.

I took advantage of the great offer on at the minute, of rhodium plating of my white gold engagement and wedding rings. The offer price of 9.99 per ring is a bargain, usually £50 per ring!
Rings look brand new again, no more yellow hue. Same day service. Felt comfortable leaving my precious jewellery with them. Couldn't be happier. They are as sparkly now as they was 15 years ago. Thank you.

A wonderful find by the sea, choice, quality and reasonable prices. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and put you at ease immediately. Their website has all you need or could want without the endless clicking and going round in circles until you cannot remember what you were shopping for! Location is perfect, minutes away from rail station and almost neighbours with Grapetree and Nero coffee, 2 more faves of mine. A lovely day out enhanced by meeting lovely people and obtaining my heart's desire, 'tho less said etc. Thanx to everyone at the store.
