Had them call out to unlock my car early in morning and they were out and had car open in no time, operator was sound and very helpful.
Also got a new key made up with them after that, very reasonable price, helpful staff and quick service, definitely recommend

Lock doctor charged me 700 euros to open my front door that had a damaged locking system and replace the locking system. 7 months later I was unable to lock the door as the locking system would not engage. I contacted Lock doctor and explained the situation. They informed me that I only has a 6 month guarantee on the locking system and if I wanted them to look at it I would have to pay a call out fee. There is no flexibility with Lock doctor and its all about how much money they can get out of you.

Went in the shop to get my car key repaired and it was done within a few minutes, they talked me through everything and explained the issue to me.
Very good value and will be getting my friends and family to use this local business.

Before Lock Doctor Limerick staff member opened the key, it was in good condition and fully intact, with no signs of damage or tampering. The only issue was a dead battery. This can be clearly supported by the photos I have, which show the condition of the key before and after your staff attempted the repair.
After leaving the key with your staff for what was meant to be a simple battery replacement, I was made to wait significantly longer than advised. I was then informed that the key had been damaged during the process and could not be repaired. The visible damage clearly shows that the key was broken as a result of the attempt to open it.
I trusted your business to carry out a straightforward service. Instead, my key has been returned to me in a damaged and unusable condition.

I contacted Kevin from Lock Doctor.
I was in a bit of a panic as the battery went in the key for my car. A very old key. Kevin talked me through how to open the key that I thought was impossible!! Then sent me videos of how to replace the battery and I got sorted. The spare key needed to be done too!

Had a terrifying situation today where my baby ended up locked in the car, and Mark from Lock Doctor in Cork came to the rescue so quickly (only took him about 15mins from when he was called, if even)
In a panic, we called emergency services and local locksmiths to see who could get to us the fastest. The fire brigade landed first and got to work on one door. Mark arrived a few minutes later and started working on another door and he managed to get the door open before the firemen could!!
He was calm, reassuring, and so kind throughout the whole ordeal. He got our little girl out safely in no time and made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier to handle.
What meant even more was that he refused to take any payment from us because of the situation. That level of kindness and compassion is something I will never forget.
In such a stressful moment, he was not just professional, he was genuinely caring and kind. We are beyond grateful for his help and his kindness. An absolute credit to the company.

I rang them and Andrew Glynn arrived very promptly. Wasn't an easy fix but he gained access with a lot of patience and expertise.

I had my car key replaced this morning in Leitrim. I didn't get the man's name unfortunately, but he was fantastic. Very punctual, well mannered and patient with me as I was on my own with a toddler and a newborn baby. He was very quick getting the job done and very helpful regarding another job I was considering getting done. Puts be at ease if I ever lost my key again, especially with children. Would highly recommend.

Ignition barrel failed in my Golf, stuck at work unable to start the car. Rang Lock Doctor and Mark was out to me in less than an hour, replaced the part and got me going again. Excellent service, sound out, thanks a million.

Got locked out of my car before work yesterday, so I gave a call to my local lock doctor. Kevin answered the phone and was absolutely amazing. I was stuck for time so he checked to see if he could get a man out earlier, understanding that I had work soon. I really really appreciated that and his positive demeanour on the phone. Alex, the locksmith came out to me within the hour and was amazing. Super friendly and a lovely man overall. Unlocked my car within minutes. 11/10 for this company and even more for the two men that handles this swiftly. I do hope your area manager and higher ups see this review as your work deserves to be appreciated. Thanks very much lads again.

Outstanding, quick service from Andy Glynn at the Dublin branch. Our VW Sharan, with which we take our three little ones around, had one of its electric sliding doors stuck (wouldn't open). Andy quickly diagnosed that the problem was the door cable being blocked. Andy 's service and help second to none

Extremely happy with the service from the Limerick Crescent branch when our back door lock broke and I was locked out. They came out as quickly as possible after juggling some jobs. The guy was incredibly efficient and reassuring. Would highly recommend.

Called to lock doctor in the crescent in Limerick. I said I needed the battery replaced on my Mondeo car key. Showed them the key and handed to him. Without asking he replaced the battery. Took all of 20 seconds. Charged €8 total: €2 battery was fair enough, but €6 for the labour is expensive. Especially since I wasn’t asked if I wanted it installed. Thought it was very underhanded and I’m sure the staff are instructed to do things that way. Won’t be returning.

Excellent service. Quick and reasonable prices. Id highly recommend using these locksmiths. Mark was very friendly and offered great customer service.
