I’ve always like this brand but had a recent experience that brings me here.
Paid for a Sherpa top as a Xmas present, firstly it was delayed so there selling items not in stock.
When it did arrive it was cheaply made, colour was nothing like the photos and also has not logo on! It was something you’d buy off a market stall for £10.
As it was a Christmas present I was left rushing about finding a replacement gift.
I emailed customer services and they didn’t really explain why this happened so I’m guessing there bought cheap and the logo is stitched on to add an extra £20 (full price was £60!!!)
They did send a return label and arranged a refund in full but they’ve lost a customer.

Everything I have purchased is great quality. Quick delivery. Lovely people.

Love Lucy Lockets items, especially the skorts.
Wore them nearly every day in summer.
Only discovered them a year ago.

Iv been buying from this lovely small family run business for about 4 years and purchased everything from leggings, tees,hoodies even pants ,boxers and swimsuits everything is lovely ,great quality and value for money

I usually love their leggings. However their hybrid and others are completely different sizes from their usual active wear. I’m sending them back, but I have to pay for this, even though they appear to have listed the leggings in the wrong size or maybe have an issue with their supplier.

Their “surprise” packages are for children. Cheap jumpers in garish designs along cheap tat that you get for a £1 - really cheap bands & I think a shoe horn! Their non active clothes are very cheaply made.
I have a jumpsuit. It cost £25 but genuinely wasn’t worth that much. Very cheap you could see where they cut the material. The items appear to be made in India so I hope no child labour etc.

I have a bag that reflects. It’s really useful and love it.

I’ve spent 100’s on the leggings and other sport clothes but I think I’m out. I’ve deleted the app. The customer service has gone down hill so has the items.

I would urge everyone to really think twice before you order from this shop. I have spent £150 here and I’m so disappointed in their attitude to customers. I received one order and the quality of the sports crop top bra is really poor. I sent back the matching leggings and top, I spent £5 to send them back as they don’t do free returns. After months of waiting I was told my parcel must be lost. Now, I am not blaming LL for the Royal Mail absolutely not. it’s the poor attitude they had, we don’t give a stuff that you’ve spent £60 on an order including sending it back. I was sure I was sending my order back through Royal Mail all safely, LL told me I didn’t pay enough to return it. So this is my issue if it’s a very light pair of leggings and a top and you have to spend more than £5 to return it! Then is it worth giving them your custom. Why shop there, you can get lots of other lovely sports clothes who offer free returns or at least have sympathy if you have spent so much with them. I am all for supporting small businesses and wish I could say better things about this one but sadly I feel disappointed and I’m very out of pocket.

This is the only website that sells (just above)knee-length skorts. I'm only a size 12-14, but after a very stressful 6 months & drastic weight loss due to trauma/stress i suddenly have cellulite just above my knees aswell as on my thighs, which i'm very self conscious of.I googled "knee length skort" solidly for days, then found LLL skorts, which are so flattering. It means i can also go into the sea without exposing my nasty bits!! Rachel was very helpful when i needed an exchange QUICKLY as holiday booked last minute. I bought 2 skorts, a plain black to wear with my patterned tankini tops, & a patterned skort to team with plain tankini top. Thank you for all of your help LLL!

Prints are gorgeous, sizing is inclusive, always lots of good offers available. Very comfortable active wear & lounge wear.

Honestly, did they purposely set out to design leggings that give you the worst camel toe imaginable? I have looked at the prints for ages, and finally caved mid February and got some short leggings ready for summer. Even spoke to their customer service people on social media to double check sizing. Tried them on briefly when they arrived and they fit ok, then they went straight into the cupboard awaiting warmer weather. Today it arrived, and I wore them for the first time. Honestly I’d be sending them back if I still could, it’s completely absurd. I won’t be able to wear them without a very long top to cover my private area. No other leggings I have do this. They’re just wholly unflattering really, don’t do anything for me and then negatively highlight areas I didn’t even know were a problem. Like the waistband is really odd, creates lumps and bumps in areas I’m usually happy with. I also got a bra top type thing and that’s the same, it makes it look like I have four boobs, and I have very little body fat on my top half so I don’t know how it manages to do it. They make me feel very negative about my body when I wear them. So I won’t be wearing them. Maybe to do the decorating or gardening or something but nothing in public. Back to the tried and trusted sports brands. Adidas would never do me over like this, and would probably be cheaper.

Bought a couple of active pairs with fab Festive designs for Christmas 2022. Very happy with the sizing and quality and that they made it through despite the mail strikes. Missing them in my gym kit until December this year but struggling to decide from the choices in the portfolio what to add to the wardrobe!

I absolutely love the active range!! I have been wearing these for over 6 months now and my legging still look as good as new. No wear or fading. I love the zip back pocket. It fits my epipen perfectly without it rattling about as I run and I don't notice it being there. I have also bought a lucky dip active wear bundle. I was amazed by the amount I got and that I could pick different sizes for different parts of my body. Very very good value for money. I regularly recommend you to fellow runners and I get chatting to new people because of your funky patterns!!!

Having started a new fitness journey I decided to purchase a pair of active leggings in the sale. I already had a couple of pairs of black ones from other companies but I liked the funky designs on these ones. They arrived really fast and in lovely packaging.
I bought the active skull fairy leggings and the design is Amazing! I tried them on and they felt lovely and soft and comfy. They’re super long so I need to roll them up a few times (I’m only 5ft) but apart from the length the fit is perfect. The waist is high and it doesn’t roll down when doing my yoga class and they’re squat proof also. If they started a 7/8 length range I would be buying loads of these to wear daily. Would recommend these to everyone!

Incredible customer support, service and overall information given. The online presence is incredible and it's amazing to have a company that is so family orientated. Not to mention unique, incredible designs and fun, soft comfortable clothing.

I love my Lockets. Was introduced to them a few years ago and have become a huge fan.

They Activewear fit really well and have great support. They also wash really well.

They aren't cheap, but you get what you pay for and are well worth it.

Delivery was also really quick, which these days is an added bonus.

Where do I begin, happy customer over several years. Loved everything purchased from leggings, T shirts, hoodies, loungewear (hubby also has several pairs), accessories, blankets, wearable blankets plus more. A regular Nordic walker my leggings are the talk of the group extremely comfy, quick drying too. Ease of ordering, value for money, customer service all excellent. Love LLL.

I was introduced to Lucy locket loves by a friend of mine and I absolutely love them. I have a range of the activewear and find the designs stand out and there’s plenty choice. I also love the deals that are often on, fiver Fridays, tenner Tuesdays. If you haven’t tried then yet, I would definitely recommend you do ❤️

First pair of lockets for my daughter as a birthday gift . She really likes them as they are so comfortable. Only downside is the length as she is 5ft 4ins.

Love their leggings , skorts and casuals and many other products . Lucy always has good deals on and discounts. Always dispatched super quick and the customer service is excellent.

Absolutely amazing bright funky hip clothing, active leggings do what they say, stay up no matter the activity don't sag bag or ruche, casual leggings for less active days, I still feel unlike most other leggings the stay put, you don't spend all day pulling them up, as a bigger lady I have bulges and rolls, but leggings still don't need constant adjustment, lounge pants are awesome with only 2 issues but I still love em, the pulls to pull trousers to one side so they don't drag on floor shouldn't it be a different colour to white so it blends with the pattern and wish it would pull up both sides so they turn almost to a ruched capri trouser, as I still tread on them lol and I'm 5ft 7. Just purchased a zipped blanket hoodie wow love em I'm in love and refusing to take it off at the moment as its so gorgeous on all your products sixing is spot on and designs are incredible I'm always stopped and asked where I get my clothes. Totally recommend.
