A very sorry tale made worse by twice


A very sorry tale made worse by twice being reassured the item was about to be delivered when in fact it proves to be out of stock. There is nothing worse than listing items as available, accepting an order, taking payment and then, over a protracted period, giving false information about an order that is time dependant. A shocking performance of which potential customers should be aware.

New supplier for me and maybe I have just been unlucky but it’s been a nightmare to arrange delivery of my first complete order, nearly 3 months now and still missing items, customer service has not been helpful either, quoting yes it’s in the warehouse and on its way very shortly this week
