Perfect product - thank you but suggest a better delivery company - once again Royal Mail took three days to deliver a ‘next day’ delivery despite showing on their hub for two days. ☹️

Great product, good price and delivered safely

Stock out of stock and for almost 3 weeks, causing issues at work due to running out of that item in store before the new order eventually reaches store.
Aprons 3 weeks previous order
Current order plain white labels out of stock for 19 days now and wont likely receive item until 3 weeks after making order.
All items available get delivered 5 working days after making order, not 1-3 working days as advised.
Problematic when trying to run a business

Easy to order and delivered promptly. I was wanting perforated clingfilm as the product I currently use was discontinued and I required it to be a 30 cm length. Having found this advertised on your website as meeting these two criteria, I ordered. Unfortunately your product is not perforated and although 30 cm length the internal diameter is too small to fit my holder on my wall. I could not return as I had to remove a number of sheets to check for any perforations. So I am sorry but I was disappointed with this product and therefore cannot recommend if anyone required according to my specifications.

Order turned up promptly and in good order

Ordered a box of spoons, they arrived well packaged...... none had broken!

The knife I ordered was not the one I received.
I was sent a inferior product as the one I ordered was apparently out of stock. There was nothing to say it was out of stock when I originally ordered.
Sureley you would contact the customer and discuss different options or ask, can I wait until it’s back in stock or discuss alternative ones but no, just go ahead and send out a different one and hope I will be happy.
I sent a email to the company asking if they could arrange a return label for me to return the item to them. I had no reply!
I made a phone call to complain and make arrangements for it to be returned. Not sure if it was three or four different people I spoke to but it was not a quick call as you can imagine.
We left it that I could keep the knife and they would reimburse my payment method. I was happy with that but Guess what! I’ve not been reimbursed so another phone call is needed to chase this up again.
Absolutly shocking. Why promise something and not follow it up.
Luckily if I have no success with my second phone call then I will contact my credit card company to sort this out.
If they’d just contacted me regarding the issue then we wouldn’t be here in this situation. I have much better things to be getting along with than chasing a £20 knife.
I do hope that other customers will appreciate this review and make them think twice regarding making a purchase from this company.
Perhaps the company will also learn from this but I think not!

I received my order but only half the number of items was in the delivery. I have been chasing for the rest of my order and despite number of times writing and contacting your customer services I still not received a reply. Above that I getting reminder email to pay for the full invoice. I have contacted Daniel from Credit department as asked him to stop sending me a reminder to pay the invoice.

Stock arrived late. Ordered mops and mop handles but they don't fit with each other. Also, a lot of items on back order for over 2 months.
