my only issue is with the amount of items placed on back order, then there is little update until they arrive which can be several weeks later. I am currently still waiting for back order items from weeks ago.

Product specs on some lines have minimal information. Using key words on the search engine doesn't come up with great results or none at all.
That being said, products are good quality and have a quick customer service response
