Janis is professional, friendly and super efficient. I would highly recommend him. The service is excellent

Serge came and did the job very quickly, explained the entire reasoning as to why to change to a high security door lock compards to conventional ones. Very happy with the work done. Great job!

Tomas turned up exactly on time and replaced the mechanisms in the door.

Great comms from the outset via email and phone.
Cost is not an issue when it’s your home being secured correctly and with a warranty.

Would highly recommend to others and will use Dialock again without hesitation.

This firm helped me so much.

My purse was robbed with my keys in it and they came out within an hour and Alexander the locksmith went above and beyond. He was very nice very kind and we had a nice chat while we waited for the lock part we needed.

The lady who took the call was very kind and accommodating too.

God bless you all I'll certainly recommend you. Leaving a five star review.

Over payment - charges of barrel lock and strip - cost me 506 euro and was told I was given a discount. They put thumb turn on inside and new handles. Apparently no call out fee so don't know why so costly??when I rang back to query I was told the parts were highest quality

The handle of my UPvC door snapped off into my hand that morning. I left an enquiry on the Dialock Ltd website and Kate rang me back very promptly. We arranged a time for later same day. The engineer Remi was able to come early so he rang me to check that was ok. He assessed the job quickly and was able to match the part to one he had in the van. Job done in 15 minutes with no change to lock or keys, just handle and advice for maintenance. I cheekily asked for assistance with a porch door that was sticking and by tightening the hinges he fixed that too. Std call out Eur124 plus VAT, handle Eur80 plus VAT total Eur231.54. 1 year guarantee. Worthwhile for good service and friendly staff.

Prompt efficient service, excellent workmanship

My call was answered quickly and although I was first told it would be 45 mins waiting time, bearing in mind I was locked out in heavy rain, when I queried that, the operator was able to get someone to me in 15 mins which wasn't as bad.

Fast and efficient and friendly service

The prompt efficient service and technician Serg gave some very helpful advice.

My first time to use this company and its the best one by far.

Rang them Friday and they where out with in 1 and half done amazing work on my door.

Will definitely use them again

Serge came very promptly and did an excellent job. He was very helpful and I would highly recommend him

Delighted with service

Would give 0. Made a call was told prices start from €124. I didn't even need the lock changed. He put a metal bar through letter box, pushed handle down from the inside and I was in. From the time he got here to the time he opened the door was 30 seconds and it cost €140. There are cheaper out there! Shop around. These guys are way overly priced.

In relation to your reply below, the woman on the phone told me that it's €124 but that I might not need a new lock so might not even be that. €124. Not €140.

A 12am call, out within the hour, lock opened, door opened. Key sorted and back in. Very friendly, helpful and quick. Thanks so much! Hopefully won't ever need to use him again but I know exactly where to go if I do!

Called this crowd at 10.31am.

Jura was out in around half an hour. Told me straight away the problem but he had to go buy 2 handles (so they would match).

Came back promptly and door closing better now than before! Job finished at 12.08pm.

Fantastic service.

Thanks

Eamonn

Although it's expensive, the time between locking myself out and getting the new lock in the door took no more than an hour.

10pm on a Sunday, it's a good service and they get the job done.

Janis sorted it for me

Thank you so much. quick efficient & very effective fix of our front door lock this morning (Sunday) open door, replace bolt & have us back to normal in half an hour.
Very highly recommended.
