Since we have moved into this storage place the staff has been nothing but helpful. We chose this place for no other reason than it was close to our home. We are so glad this was the place we chose, the units are clean they have trailers and trucks to use at no charge and the staff is awesome. We will continue to use this location for as long as we need extra storage.

We sold our home quickly, needed large climate storage and I went directly here. I was frazzled and had lots of questions. I was greeted with a welcoming, friendly hill country smile and assurance they could help me, even if I needed a trailer to borrow or a mover. When I needed a second unit, I again got the same special service. When I've had to add Christmas decorations or other items, what a convenience that a dolly is just inside the door preventing multiple trips. Think you can tell, I highly recommend!

Jenny is super nice, as are all the employees and the property is squeaky clean. I rented a 10 x 10 unit for about six months and will definitely return if I need storage in the future.

I have keep my 35' Toy hauler at the Underwood location for a few months now. The location, and people that work here are great !! I plan on keeping my RV at this location as long as I own it ..

Love it best storage place I have ever been.

Nice covered RV spot. Parking is tight and difficult to back in with other parked in the uncovered aera.

Terry Barrick has been extremely helpful in assisting with whatever is brought to his attention. This fellow is a true gentleman, professional and knows no stranger.
I consider myself lucky to have found Mr Barrick at the storage location when I was looking to rent a storage space.

I have no complaints with this storage facility.
