Excellent service from starting from a friendly phone call, to updates of when my Churchill smock will arrive,
Lovely gesture when I opened the box, the build quality of the smock is excellent, feels dam good quality material that will see the test of time for sure. Most of all its made in the UK. Water just beads off of the smock.

Got my Lockwood box today and what a jacket the quality is amazing, fits perfectly and greatly made feels like no other jacket I own, I have the other well known wax jackets and this in terms of weight, feel and quality is genuinely far above this. It’s a tad warm at the moment to wear it all the time but this jacket exceeds expectation and does not disappoint. I promise you best purchase you will make also knowing it’s supporting British 🇬🇧 business adds to the whole Lockwood experience

My Churchill arrived today I’m normally a large / xl but I read their size guide and ordered a medium as I wanted a close fitting jacket. I didn’t want to look like a right fat bastard in it, hanging off my shoulders. It fits like a glove. So much so I’ve ordered a Falkland straight away. The quality is second to none from the minute you open the box. Great job both keep it up. Thanks for the free jumper in also a size medium my 10 year old is cutting about in it throwing salutes left right and centre. Nice touch.

Received the Brecon ,fantastic piece of kit very well put together bomb proof i would recomend people of the out door variety to purchase one,and its british made.

I recently purchased the Olive Sherpa Gilet and love it. The quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are simply outstanding. From the moment it arrived, you could tell it was a premium product. Even the packaging screamed quality, and the handwritten note from Ruth was a fantastic personal touch that really shows how much care goes into every order.

The gilet itself is brilliant, incredibly well made, comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for.

I also have to say that Jacob is an absolute class act. I love everything you're doing with the brand and the passion behind it really shines through in both the products and the service.

The service from start to finish has been exceptional! The jacket is real quality, top notch. I thought it was going to be like a most gortex coats but it's a proper coat. The only negative if it is one is the photos online doesn't do it justice it's a 10/10 from me.

The day finally arrived for the delivery of my Metropolitan smock and the Knightsbridge Quart Zip top. I took advantage of Jacobs offer of purchasing vouchers and pre ordering both items..all I can say it outstanding the quality and fit is first class. I have also purchased the Harlequin polo shirt and again the quality and workman ship is first class. For me customer service also goes a long way as to whether I will come back to buy more and the customer service and continued communication with Jacob is the best I've ever received. Instant replies to emails and messages and accurate updates. I will definitely be buying more as the items I have this far look built to last..it's the old saying you buy cheap you buy twice. I met Jacob and Ruth at the game fair after seeing a fair few videos online. I was blown away by the sheer passion Jacob has. What an incredible story of where Lockwood stated. I have ordered the Churchill after going between the Brecon and Churchill. I called Jacob asked a few questions and he gave me the run down on each. Nothing was too much for him. This is definitely a company I will be supporting going forward the quality of the Churchill is outstanding. Absolutely love thank you both. I look forward to ordering more.
