ZWYX Seller in Amazon and Locmyparcel.com are scammer and fraud
I recently purchased LED lamp from Amazon and the seller was ZWYX Co. from China, and it turned into a frustrating and costly experience. The seller delayed shipping, and before the item was even dispatched, I received a message from the delivery company stating that I needed to pay $0.75 to clear customs. Since this seemed like a minor fee, I paid with my credit card.
However, after receiving the item, I discovered that the same company ( Locmyparcel.com ) that charged me $0.75 had also fraudulently withdrawn $76.15 from my credit card without my authorization! When I attempted to leave a review on Amazon warning other buyers, Amazon deleted my review, stating that it didnât comply with their guidelines. The seller also refused to take responsibility and ignored my requests for a refund.
I am posting this review here to warn others: be extremely cautious when dealing with third-party sellers on Amazon, especially if you are asked to pay additional fees outside of Amazonâs system.
