We appreciate the responsiveness and honest communication from representatives. Maryam Baig was excellent as coordinator of the whole process.

Shawn and Nur from Logicstics were amazing partners in getting the last of my belongings moved from the United States to Finland. They were quick and responsive, friendly and understanding of my timezone for correspondance. The pricing was more than reasonable, and while FedEx made shipment a bit bumpy, Logicstics were a incredibly helpful for the entire shipping process.

I was moving 5 boxes of books from Chicago to Mumbai. I was in touch first with Jack Davis in Singapore, and subsequently with Maryam Baig in Philadelphia. They were both instrumental in getting the boxes across, providing a welcome liaison with FedEx in Mumbai. It was particularly comforting to know that they were both always available. They were both reassuring, courteous, and friendly however many times we needed to talk.

This is the second time I've worked with Logicstics - the first time, they helped me move internationally. This time, they helped me with a smaller shipment. Both times they have been exceptional. I've had great customer experiences with Shawn, and both times Jacob has done an incredible job coordinating everything. This time, I was unavailable during the scheduled delivery and Jacob stayed in contact with FedEx in Spain to make sure that everything arrived without much delay. I'd highly recommend Logicstics to anyone who needs help with any international moving or shipping.

We needed to ship 30+ boxes from Atlanta to Barcelona. It was important for us that it will be picked up on time and released on time from customs. Logicstics helped us a lot in doing so. they give us the information we needed, helped with the last mile issue (which is always an issue when relocating). and the price was reasonable

Rayzza and the Logistics delivery team were amazing! from the handover from Bliss they managed my move from Rome to NY seamlessly, despite some delays due to not predictable circumstances. Rayzza updated me constantly and answered all my queries within few hours. I am still unpacking but all the boxes where intact and for now, no issues. Thankful for the support in my international move!

We had two separate shipments to Switzerland, four months apart, first 5 boxes, then 26. The assistance with paperwork preparation and then shipment was great. The first time around, Luis, and the second time around Laiba were most helpful, always immediately responsive when I had questions. This was not the cheapest company for which I got bids—though Wayne was able to get us a really good deal for the second shipment—but in my estimation the most trustworthy. The actual shipment from pickup to delivery was faster than a letter takes these days! It was easy to track every single box. Everything arrived safely. Definitely recommended!

Really good experience. I sent 7 medium U-Haul boxes and 3 giant bike boxes (about 500 lbs total) from a small town in Oregon to a small city in Belgium. The door-to-door service was really easy on both ends, even on a busy city street in Belgium. My representative, Maryam, handled everything and communicated regularly throughout the process via calls and email. I had no idea what I was doing with an international move, but Maryam got me through it. My stuff took a while to get through customs but there's nothing Logicstics (or divine intervention) could do to speed up the process of European bureaucracy. All my things arrived without damage, including high-end carbon bike frames and a gaming computer setup. If I move intercontinentally again I will definitely use Logicstics!

We recently shipped our packages from the US to the Netherlands and had an outstanding experience with this logistics company. From the very beginning, the process was smooth and transparent.

Our sales representative, Shane, did a fantastic job explaining the entire procedure clearly and provided a reasonable, affordable quote that met our expectations perfectly.

An absolute incredible experience working with Logicstics on my shipment to Europe. Laiba in operations was a 10/10 gem in assisting me the whole way through shipping to customs clearance (literally). I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I received! Do yourself a favor and give them a call for your relocation needs. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable guides on everything. As I navigated all of the options for shipping my belongings to Thailand from California, I was inundated with emails and calls from a number of shipping companies.

I reached out to Logicstics and had a completely different experience right off of the bat!
The agent was thorough in explaining the process from pick up to delivery. I was immediately relieved because they answered all of my questions before I needed to ask them . This told me that they listened to enough customers to ensure a smooth, supportive customer experience throughout the shipping journey.
I interacted with a different member of the team at each stage of the journey who was completely informed of my account details and displayed experience and expertise during their stage of the journey. I received an introduction to each new team member and what they would be responsible for.
The team member at the final leg was in regular communication with me about what to expect and where my belongings were along the way. They were very responsive and assured me by answering my questions in a timely manner!!
The entire team was professional, friendly, understanding and supportive.
I have gone into such detail because sending my precious belongings across the world was quite stressful and required an enormous amount of trust in a faceless company.
I can honestly say that by the end of the journey, I was saying goodbye to a team of committed and honest individuals who cared greatly about my STUFF! 😂.

A great experience from start to finish. Our coordinator, Maryam, was great at communicating, explained the details, kept us updated, and was wonderful to work with. The movers on both ends were quick and professional! Most of all, I apprecaite the reasonable estimate and price and feeling like our things were in good hands. No hidden fees, secure an great service, just a little worried to have to pay by zelle or by ACH which I choose then. Difficult in these times of tarriffs with US and France Laiba tried her best to deal with FedEx international and FedExFrench
Unfortunately due to a change of address on some labels some of my packs end up to be blocked at the French customs but she was there to call them constantly and to be sure that I finally got all of them.
If I did not give 5 stars it is just for the inability of contacting during weekends and after 5pm customer service but beside that I was surprise that I could track each pack and everything was by air instead of months by sea for the same price.
