Great work and communication

Jay was great at Logo Pro. He asked important questions to help me get the best logo for my business.

When you don't have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all.
Here is my review:

Jay provided an excellent choice of logos and was very professional when discussing the project. I will definitely work with this company again in the future.

Sam made our ideas for our logo come to life. We came to him with a small idea of what we wanted and he put everything together better than we could’ve ever expected. We will be using his services in the future for any business related needs.

My experience has been great so far. I had a logo designed. I worked with Jay and he was attentive to my questions, helpful, and had very quick turnaround times.

Jay Bradly was awesome and made the whole process very easy even with all the changes and ideas we had for the logo. Thank You again Jay

Smooth process, and communication with the team was straight forward

I was skeptical at first because this was my first time working with a Logo company , but they made the whole process easy they answer all my question and my phone calls .. working with Sam was great and I recommend him and his company

The process started with the description of the logo and what I wanted it to represent. They asked if i was open to seeing logos outside of what I wanted. Say Yes...SAY YES when they ask you this. the results for me were phenomenal! Tell them what you want the logo to represent and leave the designing up to them.

They sent me some design ideas the next day. I saw the original idea I had vs what a few of their artists did....The other 2 designs blew my idea out of the window..... So I had them move a couple of colors around and see if they could change a few things in those 2 designs. The day after I got my dream Logo for the company...
The Logo Was Clean, Professional, and was designed so I could use it on multiple media platforms.
Fonts were effective.
It held up the brand message perfectly.

Now, I went w the $29 package which are their basic artists doing logos. I really wish (just out of curiosity) I could've seen what their top artists could do, but with my budget being what it is I had to get the basic plan.

If I had the budget to get their all-inclusive package which handles everything from cards to your website, to all the designing for all the media for your company or brand, I WOULD HAVE DOVE AT IT!!!
They also informed me that they also do all of the paperwork for getting your LLC.

What was really cool is that the project manager told me that when I'm ready to get all of the other things I need that were in the full package I can just start where I Left off, or he can do it in parts. Jay was my project manager, who by the way kept me abreast to the entire process. Hands down AWESOME.
I will definitely be back for more.

Hands down Jason Roy is one of the best customer service/web designer I have ever worked with. I am a picky person when it comes down to websites, logos, etc.. but Jason was really patient with me. Very helpful and informative.
