Absolutely delighted with our new corner cabin from the team at Logspan. We visited the site to have a look at all of the cabins which was great as we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted. Everyone from start to finish have been so helpful and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The cabin is fantastic, it’s such a peaceful spot to go and relax in. We had a small snagging issue which was dealt with straight away and quickly sorted. Fantastic, no problems in recommending.

We’ve just had our third building installed by Logspan and that should tell you everything you need to know.

We had a tight schedule between guests in our holiday let and hugely appreciated Logspan putting two build teams on the job. I can’t recommend this company enough.

A long overdue thank you to Logspan for turning an idea in my head into a reality.

From the very beginning, the customer service was outstanding. This was a completely bespoke project with strict regulations that had to be met, so there was a huge amount of planning, redesigning and problem-solving along the way. I also have a habit of changing my mind and adding new ideas, but the team were incredibly patient and worked with me every step of the way.

What started as a very rough sketch drawn by me was transformed into a professional design by Logspan. I was asking for something that hadn’t been done before, so it wasn’t the easiest project, but they embraced the challenge and found solutions to make everything work.

A special mention has to go to Lucy. Her communication throughout the project was exceptional, whether by email, phone or face-to-face meetings. She somehow managed to take the ideas from my head and turn them into practical plans on paper. She was endlessly patient as I tweaked, changed and expanded the design until it was exactly what I had imagined.

Another huge benefit was that Logspan managed the entire project. Everything from the planning and construction to the electrical work and landscaping was organised through them, meaning I only ever had one point of contact. That made the whole process incredibly straightforward and stress-free.

The finished lodge has exceeded all my expectations. Not only do I now have an amazing gym just a few steps from my house, but we’ve also created a fantastic family space where our children can invite their friends over, enjoy movie nights and spend time together.

One of my favourite moments was seeing the kids all sitting on the sofa laughing and playing Mario Kart together instead of being in separate rooms playing online. It brought back so many great memories and reminded me what family time is all about.

This lodge will give our family years of fantastic memories, and I genuinely couldn’t have achieved it without Logspan.

If you’re looking for a company that listens, communicates brilliantly and delivers an outstanding bespoke project, I couldn’t recommend Logspan highly enough.

We first visited the showroom in Milton and walked round the large selection of cabins so we could get a feel for what type of cabin we wanted. We spoke with Drew, who put us at ease straight away, not pushy or in your face and was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all the cabins. Price was fair for such a big cabin and it was delivered and built on the dates agreed between us. The install team, Michael, Pablo and Marty were fantastic, nothing was a bother and we were able to talk about the best way to go about building the cabin where we wanted it in a tight corner of our garden.

Very happy customers, we would definitely recommend this team to any family and friends that were looking to buy a fantastic Log Cabin.

Logspan supplied and installed a BBQ hut and summerhouse for me, the showroom site was great to see the buildings and know what they were like before ordering, the sales process was smooth, and additional requests were handled really quickly. Installation was quick and efficient. Would highly recommend!

I purchased a Logspan barbeque hut from Logspan . From visiting there showroom ,to picking my hut,the staff were amazing. The sales staff, the guys involved in the delivery and the guys who built the hut were all amazing. could not thank this team enough for such an amazing service. They have a huge amount of huts on show at there showroom. I well recommend this company 10/10 if you wish to purchase a hut or cabin from them . You should pop along to visit the showroom if you are looking to have a cabin ,shed,BBQ hut a play house for the kids . well recommend.

The parts for the cabin arrived yesterday and the erectors arrived today, all as advised.
The delivery driver was very good and rang me to advise when he would arrive and sorted the material out
The erection team were very pleasant and courteous and worked really well despite the poor weather.
Very pleased with the results.

We are delighted with our new BBQ hut with extension. The ordering, delivery and installation went really smoothly. The team who carried out the build were excellent and did a fantastic job. Unfortunately the weather since then hasn’t been so kind so it’s taken us longer than expected to weatherproof the wood. Looking forward to spending the summer and beyond in our

I've had the kempton cabin for 4 years. Always great support provided by logspan, even if outside warranty. Would highly recommend them.

We purchased a clock house summerhouse 8 years ago absolutely delighted with quality and assembly. In the first few years we had some teething problems (the usual expansion/contraction events with timber. They came and sorted things quickly and effectively. Now, 8 years later, and living some distance from their base they are still wiling to visit and help with suggestions over a minor issue. Aftersales tells you a lot about a company and Logspan’s is second to none.

Drew and James were very helpful and had great communication, before, during and after my purchase of the Milan cabin. Drew went out his way to organise the team to help with electrics, and the builders themselves were 1st class. If your thinking of buying a cabin, I highly recommend Logspan, quality of wood is superior and workmanship is a high standard.

Bought a Milan Log Cabin and can’t fault the service. Delighted with the end product - home office and somewhere to relax. Took the full install package and the team on the day were great.

They took our order and payment, tried to confirm the delivery and then realised they didn’t have the stock. I had to phone several times to clarify the matter as they did not offer up the information themselves. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to the goods having seen the product face to face during the summer.

I recently purchased a shed from Logspan and couldn’t be happier with it. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship is excellent — sturdy, well-finished, and clearly built to last. Delivery was on time, and the team was professional and helpful throughout the process. It looks fantastic in my garden and provides plenty of storage space. I've always wanted a bbq cabin, went for the Finman 7m2 Cabin, chose green roof and painted the cabin cedar red, looks fantastic I love it. Customer Service is second to none, brilliant price, better than anywhere else with exactly the same quality and speedy delivery - they went above and beyond for me, can't wait to have people round to enjoy it with me.
