I won over 30k my VIP manager is absolutely fantastic and the bonus system is good however I opt out of bonus due to wager so play only what I deposit, I generally spend $150 a month, when withdrawing you need to go thru verification and once all details are verified winnings paid within 5 days, my only negativity is you can only withdraw $7k per week

I requested several withdrawals totaling €1,540 between 02.02 and 05.02. The withdrawals were approved and are still marked as “In Progress” in my account, but I have not yet received the funds after more than 8 days.

However, despite repeated follow-ups, I have only been informed that there is a “technical issue” with the payment provider. Thats interesting, I did what Loki asked me to do and this is what I get in return: They rejected my Crypto withdrawal and blocked me to use their customer support on their website.

Do not use this site. They do not pay out their withdrawals, leave you waiting for weeks and chat agents keep giving the same answer “it’s with the financial team for urgent review”. I have been trying to withdraw money since 19th December and keep getting rejected or given bogus answers by their chat. Never use this site.

J'ai demandé un retrait le mardi 9 decembre,il l'ont bloqué 3 jours pour le restituer sur mon solde le 12 decembre. Normalement lorsque le systeme detecte une anomalie le retrait est rejeté tout de suite rejeté apres sa demande, or ils ont pris 3 jours pour le rejeter sans m'en aviser entretemps , alors que j'avais ecrit à leur conseillére clientele le lendemain de ma demande et qu'elle m'avait dit que les retrais mettaient 3 jours pour être traités et qu'il fallait juste que j'attende 3 jours.
Conclusion de tout Loki casino est irrespectueux des clients, malveillant et même malhonnête qui fait tout pour empêcher les retraits..Je ne jouerais plus jamais chez Eux et je vous conseille de les EVITER.

I believe in being fair. I can confirm that Loki Casino has finally processed a first withdrawal of £425 which landed in my bank on Dec 19th via MiFinity. This proves my account is verified and their payment system works.
​My VIP Manager (Jai) has also now confirmed in writing that my remaining balance is safe and no further wagering is required.
​However, I still have £6,806.90 pending. I have requested the next installment. I am keeping this review at a low rating until the withdrawal speed improves and the balance is cleared. If they continue to pay, I will update this rating to reflect their cooperation.

am currently fighting to withdraw my balance of £7,231.90. My account is fully verified, yet the casino has been withholding my funds since 05/12/25, constantly citing "technical glitches."

Uitbetalen is alleen een drama. Maximaal 2000 euro per dag, 5000 euro per week en 10.000 euro per maand. Voordat een uitbetaling is verwerkt duurt het 48 uur.
Nu heb ik 2 uitbetalingen lopen, deze zijn volgens loki goedgekeurd en onderweg, maar na 4 dagen zijn deze nog niet op mijn bankrekening ontvangen. Normaal gesproken is dit eigenlijk altijd binnen 10 minuten. Loki zegt dat dit aan mijn bank ligt, maar vind het toch een heel raar verhaal.

Na 8 dagen nog steeds niet ontvangen..
Ik krijg elke keer hetzelfde verhaaltje te horen. De financiële afdeling kijkt ernaar..

I would give 5 as I do enjoy the site , but but I have withdrew and I have deposited a lot ,I have withdrawn each transaction by £1000 some have gone through and some rejected, now I have won around £16000 the are saying I can only withdraw £5000 a week and only £10000 per month so for me to withdraw this it will take me 3 months, I can’t make another withdrawal till Monday, then it can only be £2000 a day , So I don’t know were everyone gets fast withdrawal, I have spoke with a VIP manager Charlie, 93 emails and he can’t do anything to get my winnings, He does answer back very fast and try’s to answer everything he can , but I feel it just one thing after another So This is why I have given 3 stars as withdrawals are not done straight away, and they put a limit on of what you can withdraw, The site has loads of great slots , and you will enjoy but if you are not bothered about getting yours winning fast then give it a go.
