At first, the refund of the games was good, but then it was a complete fiasco. I think there is a scammer involved in this. I advise you not to get involved, it is not a good place. I tried it and now they are trying to close my account, unfortunately.

Storting nooit op account gekomen
29 augustus een storting gedaan maar nooit geld op account ontvangen. Dagen en nu inmiddels weken lang om gevraagd, Via lice chat en email, steeds het bericht dat het in onderzoek ligt en dat het binnen 3 tot 5 werkdagen op de bank terug staat. Oplichters!!

If I could use 0 I would it’s a scam I…
If I could use 0 I would it’s a scam I put money in to find out I can’t play any of the games in my country. I withdrew the money straight after I found out went thru ok came back 24 hours later and the money was back in the Loki account not my bank account. They don’t help when you talk to them either so now I have money stuck in the account I can’t use or withdraw.

Withdrawals rejected multiple times
I deposited 4 times and my account is fully verified. I tried to withdraw money 3 times and each time they reject it with no reason. I contacted support each time as they even say it was rejected by "payment provider I.e my bank" or there was an "internal technical error". I have raised a complaint to their support email address but who knows if I'll either get a response. Also, this site is blocked in the UK which I didn't know about as I used lokicasino35.com which turns out they use it for uk players which is a major red flag.

After playing here for a while, I was assigned a VIP manager. This VIP manager was dedicated and often had nice promotions for me (which I was emailed every few days). After using these promotions, they found that I was abusing the offer of promotions they personally emailed me. My account was immediately deleted without further explanation.
So beware, they have nice promotions but if you use them and you win some money they delete your account. Be warned.
The same goes for the casinos on the same network.

FRAUD! Loki Casino scams players and refuses payouts
I won €4,200 at Loki Casino, but when I tried to withdraw, everything changed. They forced a 100% bonus on the money I didn't withdraw (€750 turned into €1,500), meaning I had to wager €30,000! After almost completing it, they refused my withdrawal due to “verification issues.”
I finally got verified after 3 days and multiple chats with customer service who barely explained anything.
While finishing the wagering, without asking or accepting anything, they added a €250 bonus and €15 to my balance DURING a game. Suddenly, I needed to wager another €10,600! I never agreed to that bonus — it was just forced on me to block my withdrawal again.
On top of that, they stopped giving me any cashback, deposit bonuses, free spins, or other promotions — even though I used the correct bonus codes and followed all the rules. I asked them why, and they simply said:
"Due to an administration decision, you are not eligible for any bonuses. We will not provide a reason, and it’s not open for discussion."
No explanation, no transparency.
They also refused to give me information about where to file a formal complaint — because they were scared it could be used against them for their malpractice and fraud.
Later they told me I got “too many bonuses” for the amount I deposited — even though I never even wanted most of the bonuses they forced on me! And if I deposit more in the future, maybe they will "reconsider"... Are you serious? This is nothing but blackmail!
Loki Casino is a complete scam. They delay your withdrawals, force unwanted bonuses, use excuses and “admin decisions” to block your winnings, and hide behind vague rules.
They happily take your money when you lose, but when you win, they do everything to make sure you never see your money.
Avoid Loki Casino at all costs! They are a fraudulent casino hiding behind fake rules, refusing payouts, and manipulating players
