Nem at navigere rundt på siden. Fine velkomst bonusser.
Valideringsproces kræver en del, men hvis man blot sørger for de ønskede dokumenter, så fungere det helt fint efter.
Havde en udbetaling som blev afvist et par gange, men hver gang kommer der information omkring afvisning og hvad du mangler.
Efter sidste dokumenter var på plads, blev min udbetaling håndteret indenfor 2 timer, og penge stod derefter på kontoen. Benyttede Skrill.
Kundeservice er flink og relativ gode svartider.
Havde valideringsprocessen været lidt bedre beskrevet fra start (indgå alle nødvendige, og ikke komme med flere løbende) havde der været fuld stjerner.
Til trods for mange andres negative feedback, har jeg slet ikke denne oplevelse af dette casino.
Spiller gerne der igen.

Schade das ich nicht 0 Sterne vergeben kann. Finger weg von diesem unseriösen Laden. Für die Verifizierung soll man sich zum Affen machen. Ein Selfie mit einem karierten oder linierten Papier mit "Hi Loki Casino + Datum", Personalausweis in der Hand, Hand muss aber ganz zu sehen sein. Wie denn, wenn man es festhält. Ist schon Mist, wenn man kein Geld für Video Ident hat. Hab zwar was gewonnen, aber das Geld lieber verspielt, als mich so vereimern zu lassen. Wahrscheinlich hätte man sowieso nie eine Auszahlung erhalten. Chat unterirdisch und nicht kundenfreundlich! Account sofort gelöscht!!!

Jeg fortryder at jeg har startet at spille der for for nogle år siden for jeg var ikke klar over at selvom de tjener mange penge, at de stadig bruger metoder for at tilbageholde penge fra deres kunder, for de ved at kunden får brugt pengene hvis de ikke kan få dem udbetalt.
Jeg synes det er meget klamt og beskidt forretningsmetode.
De har mange forskellige spil og er rigtig stort platform men når du enlig vinder penge, som er utroligt svært derind så finder de på undskyldning for at afvise din tilbage betalinger på, op til flere gang, hvor du imellemtiden kommer til at spille pengene op på.
Jeg har fraråder alle med en smule fornuft, at holde sig langt væk fra den sidde og lad være med at bruge den, så du ikke begår den samme fejl som mig og bruger alt for mange penge derind før du indser hvor korrupt og beskidt det er.
Det har jeg nu oplevet flere gange og har mistet 28.000 og en anden 5.000 og nu 4.000 euro på at de lige pludselig mangler informationer
Jeg har brugt alt hvad jeg har for at opnå de 28.000 euro igen og på min vej har jeg mister alt!
Så tak Loki casino for jeres bedrageri

I’ve been loyal to Loki for many many years and have been lucky to have and to of had amazing and helpful VIP managers, (along with their assistants!)
My current VIP manager Andrew aka, Batman is fantastic!
With me being in Canada, and with the time difference, this guy must never sleep! Always available for me if I want a match bonus or have any questions night or day!
Any issue that I may have had with deposits or withdrawals are always looked in to promptly until they are resolved.
They have not disappointed me this far!

Unreliable, very mean site
I deposited some money wagered about 400-500€ after I start to lose then I wanted to cashout but the min cashout was higher than my balance so I deposit a min amount to withdraw all.But they rejected my withdraw because I did not wager 3X my deposit .
It is strange but ok I answered their email that I willing to pay the transaction fee to withdraw all money.
The loki casino support try to persuade that it is better to start wagering than pay withdraw fee(liars) but I dont want to accept wagering I wanted to withdraw ,They talked rubbish and it is cheaper to pay fee instead wagering what they said.
They accept my deal to pay for the withdraw fee!!(First time)
I withdrew my money again but they rejected again and force me to wagering. Once again I answered their email that I willing to pay again the transaction fee and withdrew my money again.
Another support agent accepted again my deal to pay for the withdrawal fee!!(Second time)
A few hours later they rejected my withdraw again and forced me again to wagering so I could't do anything I started to wager but ofc I lost everything.
This site is a cheater site who dont care about players' request and they wanted to lose my money.
I sent two emails to their support that I tend to pay fees for withdraw and they accepted it twice but nothing happened and rejected my withdraw every time.
They are very mean and vomiting and fool everybody.
I do not recommend anybody to play here they are siple swindlers
