The cake was tasty and looked perfect. Such a shame that the service at Brent Cross has been horrible, we receive a message that the cake is ready for collection, so we head there, upon arrival, there were 3 members of staff sorting out cakes, we stood there and nobody acknowledged us although they’d clearly seen us. We let them know that we were there to pick up a cake and she very rudely responded : ‘ we open at 11:30’. The cake was clearly ready there so why not hand it to us? Or at least be pleasant about it! If your staff is not willing to let us collect then no point in sending a message, ruined the whole experience although I order there for every birthday

I ordered the cake from the store and I received on time like it supposed

Very easy to order and collect my cake, which was easy to transport home, beautifully made and delicious. Great cake for those who are both gluten and lactose intolerant.

Pick up easy, ordering was simple. The cake not only looked fabulous but tasted great too. It's often hard to get both right. My daughter loved it! Would definitely order another birthday cake from you

Beautiful cake that was absolutely delicious! Easy to order and collect. Only had to order the week before and came it a lovely box and bag to take it home safely. Would 100% recommend!

First time I ordered large red velvet cake
Which was very yummy and sponge was so so soft. Cheese crème was great. We really enjoyed and hope will go back again on a special occasion and definitely will recommend to friends and families

I've tried different of their delicious cakes and my favorite is the Victoria Sponge cake. I ordered online and collected in Brentcross shopping center store, which comes well packed in a new carring box, attended by friendly staff.

The whole process from beginning to end was simple, and the cake was as delicious as it had looked in the picture! I ordered online and collected from the Brent Cross branch. Communication regarding my order was clear and the staff at the branch were polite and cheery.

If you haven't tried Lola's Cupcakes and Cakes you are missing out. These cakes are so fresh, so delicious and look like they are homemade.

The cake was awful! I ordered a blue cake but the sponge was visibly under the icing. I ordered this for my son’s 1st birthday and it was ruined. The lady at Lola’s said there was nothing she could do. Never ordering from there again.

It was a carrot cake for 50th birthday. The cake was delicious, everyone agreed best carrot cake they ever had. The whole experience from ordering to eating was excellent.

Gluten Free Chocolate and Raspberry Cake was utterly scrumptious. The last time I purchased a cake it was far too sweet but the Team helped with suggestions for other cakes. This was so very well made and looked amazing. Will purchase again !

A small anniversary cake ordered at the last minute. Beautifully made and ready on time to be collected. The chocolate cake was delicious tasting with a soft texture. Thank you.
