Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!
Now with a team of over 400 people, we’re proud to have established ourselves as a go-to destination for cupcakes and celebration cakes.

Lola's - Lola's Brent Cross からの回答
Hello,
Thank you for taking your time to share your feedback on the cupcakes you purchased at our store recently.
We're happy to hear that the toppings on your cupcake were well enjoyed but we're sorry to hear that the sponge tasted slightly dry.
Our chocolate cupcake sponges are especially sensitive to storage in cool areas and in refrigeration so they may need time out of the fridge before serving to come up to temperature to enjoy the perfect fresh taste of these handcrafted treats.
We will be certain to log your feedback on with our bakery team to ensure that our cupcakes are being prepared fresh to our standards before being sent to store and if there are any improvements we can continue to make as we are always striving to hit a 5* level of quality with all of our bakes and for all of our wonderful customers.
If you have any questions or if you would like to get in touch with our team directly please do not hesitate to email us over at hello@lolascupcakes.com.
Kind regards,

I treated myself to a chocolate cookie…
I treated myself to a chocolate cookie and I saw that if it launches it will be £4. I think the price mark is too high for a cookie and I would rather spend that £4 on a cupcake. The £2 mark is more reasonable.

I was part of the Lola test kitchen. I tried the chocolate chip cookie with sea salt. Really good cookie overall, perfect sweetness and great texture too. Slight improvement would be to add some salted caramel to it so that it compliments the cookie better :)

Cinnamon scroll: delicious
I tried the cinnamon scroll and it was delicious! It was nice and flaky and loved the feeling of the cinnamon sticking to my fingers. One thing that would make it even better was if it was slightly more flakier/ crispier, maybe because I didn’t eat straight away but was still delicious, would recommend!
