I had ordered one sparkle that I paid for it - and the shop didn't deliver it, didn't notify me that won't be available at my pick up date which I arranged it for 3-4 days later, and instead of reimbursing me that on my birthday day I didn't have what I ordered.. They gave me certain birthday candles that I had no interest in taking them since I already had.

Cake looked and tasted fantastic. My daughter loved it and what a lovely treat.

My daughter's 16th birthday was enhanced by the fast, easy and efficient service provided by Lola's. It was very easy to use the website, make payment and arrange a convenient pick up at our nearest collection point. Staff were friendly and pleasant.
Even the cake box provided to transport the cake home was strong and sturdy whilst looking pretty. Great job Lola's...we will use you again and again.

Great service, great packaging, great cake, great taste- can’t fault them

The cake we ordered was ready for us to collect. The location was so convenient. The assistant was very polite and friendly, showed us the cake to confirm it was what we orderd and popped into a large bag which made it so easy to transport across London to its venue.

They wouldn’t give me a 6” cake for my birthday :( I tried to ask her but she would only give me a cupcake.

The whole process, from start to finish was easy and fault free, from online order to collection. The cake was as promised, exactly as described and pictured on the website. I was emailed on the morning of my chosen collection to say my order was waiting for me. Really pleased with the whole service and the cake went down a real treat. Thank you.

It was my birthday, it was my first time I could go to lolas for my free birthday cake as I don't live near one. I had the red velvet which I travel back to Norfolk with on the train that day, cake was soooo worth it delicious.

The staff were so lovely and helpful when I was making a decision between a few cupcakes to purchase. Even gave me a free brownie🫶🏽. The King’s Cross station kiosk is the best!!

I ordered a mini tall cake , I have to say not only did it looked amazing but it tasted absolutely fantastic. I won’t be going anywhere else for my celebration cakes.

Had the unfortunate experience of passing by Lola cupcake in kings cross…. Whilst it’s a granted that you don’t visit Lola cupcake for exceptional service but mostly a quick stop at a station to pick up a sweet treat. On this occasion by nephews wanted a cupcake prior to our return home. After each had picked a cupcake. I kindly asked if they could each have their own boxes, to which the response was quite rude in I have to charge for an extra box.. we are reducing our box usage. I understand however if i purchased one cake and then another I would get two boxes. The young lady responded with whatever I won’t argue with it you. A course in inclusivity and neurodiversity would not be amiss and in that statement I hope the experience that I had should speak volumes.. poor and terrible service from the lady in King’s Cross branch and quite frankly I’m appalled at the attitude.

The cupcakes were not as tasty as they usually are, the frosting was wet and not as good as usual.

PERFECT EXPERIENCE

Ordered the vanilla birthday cake and collected from the train station. Straightforward pick up and a delicious cake.
