Lola's - Lola's Waterloo レビュー 

Ordered a cake on the 19th December and I got a cake with a hair in it. I send an email to customer support next day when I cut the cake and I have not received a response to the date.

The cake was amazing, perfectly decorated and tasted delicious. Pick up was easy and swift. My only criticism is that there aren't more small gluten free cakes as the birthday cake I ordered fed 18 and I would have preferred to buy a smaller size.

The girl who gave me the cake at Waterloo station was very helpful and nice.

The cake was nice. If I need to provide some feedback is about the buttermilk cream . In my opinion the layer was too thin and it lacked flavour.

Great service as always especially at Waterloo branch collection. The tiramisu cake is the best!

I will order again from Lola's , the delivery was quick, I had spoken to customer service rep a few days ago and her reassurance on how long it takes to deliver was reassuring.
The cake was so well packaged and tasted great. It meant for 24 people according to the size I ordered on their online catalogue, but It was infact enough for 26 children and 8 Adults , and these were decent sizes..

Amazing service and delivery from the team at Lolas, so supportive and helpful from the get go. The cake arrived early, the cake was to die for and everyone polished it off to a T. Great cake ! Wonderful service. Will be using these guys again for sure. Other businesses could learn a ton from these guys and their staff.

Very reliable, beyond expected

I ordered Rocky Road Cake. The best cake we had. The communication and collection was also very easy. Would try their other cakes next time. Would definitely recommend.

Website was easy to order and cake arrived at my collection point earlier than I expected which was very helpful.

They make delicious cakes that too vegan. Lots of different kinds. Very good customer service. I finally found nice place to have vegan cakes. Very much recommend.

Ordered these as a gift, I have been told they were delicious!!

Ordered a birthday cake for my daughter, she was very happy with the design. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the icing was a little thick in some places which made the cake overly sweet but other than that the cake was lovely.

Cake was excellent - only not five stars as so very expensive. Worth it for a special occasion.

I bought the victoria sponge naked cake for my husband's 40th birthday. The cake looked even better than I was expecting from the pictures online, I expected it to be nice but I was thrilled when I collected it. It also tasted amazing, everyone loved it! Such great value compared to others out there. Would definitely recommend and Lola's has become my new go-to place for future birthday cakes!

Ordered the chocolate frosting rainbow cake and it was smashing. Everyone loved it oh so much. Pickup from waterloo kiosk was quick and efficient. Will always pick Lola's over any cake store. The birthday kid was over the moon. We are still waiting for the return of the rose pistachio cupcakes that were a super hit few years ago. Please bring it back on the menu.

I ordered a party cake (with the cupcakes on top) for my son's birthday. The delivery was perfect and on time, And the cake was as delicious as it looked amazing. As it was quite big, I had lots of leftovers and the guests enjoyed it so much that they all left with a slice of it!
