How did this company even get 2.1?
These company is a total scam!

1.they have no understanding of sizes. Large = Small UK size.
Another scam Chinese provider pretending to be a western retail store. fake websites and fake photos,AI models and clothes. Companies like this should be banned.
Unfortunate, there are too many of them about. Good Tip: Avoid getting sucked into great marketing from Pinterest most of them lead to crappy Chinese stores where you’ll get ripped off. A family friend just wasted £45 on a birthday gift for me. The so called LARGE jumper is big enough to fit my cat.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Iordered a dress that did not fit the description or sizing, it was 100% polyester, no label , their advertising looks great, but you don’t receive the garment advertised! And don’t even think about returning for a refund, you have to send it back to China at your own cost.
It cost me £30 for something I will never wear

Do not buy from this site, I orders a size L oversize T-shirt at £32, what came was a T-shirt that wouldn’t fit a child, the label has been ripped out, they only offered a 15% partial refund, the scam , you can’t send it back as it’s china and the cost of return is on you. STAY AWAY , bad quality

First of all this company did not let me know that my order was coming from China. I ordered a dress. Under the consumer protection rules goods must be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. This item did not meet these standards. The stitching was coming loose from under the arm and to say the quality was poor is a understatement.The return policy is an insult even the address is not given. I advice anyone not to use London Flare……a real rip off.

Disgusting!!!!! Items are nothing like the pictures!!!! £100 for a jumpsuit!!!! I’ve got better cloths I clean the floor with, can’t get in touch with them and won’t reply to my emails so in other words I’m not getting a refund!!!!! I work hard for my money and it boils my p*** that these robbing b******* are scamming people, if this company was in England I’d be taking a day off to go to the offices and confront them!!!! DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY 🤬

Been waiting 13 days no communication from this company, no updates, no response... No goods.. Do not purchase from this company, wish I'd seen the reviews sooner.

If there was less that one STAR I would give it. I ordered an item for £49.95 which clearly was not what I ordered and they try to fob me off with lighting and photography. The jumpsuit was meant to be denim and was polyester and it had no buckle straps and the buttons did not go through the button holes. It came from China. I requested a refund and they offered me 25% and I can keep the product or a complimentary item from their website. What a joke. I will be taking this up through Paypal.

So the pictures thay are advertised on this companies website do not bare any resemblance to the product received. Product advertised looks like real denim, product received is 100% polyester!!
The products come from China. I'll let your imagination thunk about where and by whom its made. They don't offer a return service unless you want to pay for postage yourself. They don't have any return labels and say they wont refund until the products are received in China. They did offer giving 25% money back and keep the product. I went back to them and then they offered 50% money back and keep the product.
Basically just don't bother with this company.

If I could score a ‘0’ I would. This site is a prime example of the capacity of humans to behave deceitfully. Total scam. Items are not as described. Made in China- perhaps in a sweat house. Threatening message received when initiated resolution through PayPal.
The item I ordered advertised as denim- was 100% polyester.
I work hard for my wages…I am disgusted with the lack of ethics these people have.
