Spent £1300 on a men’s trench. Website option gave me a next day delivery. I ordered on Friday. It was not delivered till Tuesday. They ignored my emails for a refund of the extra service not honoured. Spent more for the option... frankly they are not MR P. Called up to work it out, no one in DSM picked up after trying 10 times. Emailed back to me with an update on late Monday, however by then your thinking the service is not up to it. Box arrived in good condition. I open the box and open the paper covers. On the jacket is two perfectly placed long blonds hairs.... WOW ... They would get zero stars from just poor website programming alone. SORT IT OUT GUYS if i could attach images i would........

I am writing this review because the store cannot solve the problem with my mother. My mother ordered the product on the website and returned it due to certain problems. But the store has not been able to refund the money for a month for the product, which has long since arrived at the warehouse. Support also does nothing, ignores letters. Until the problem is resolved, I give a rating of 1/5.
