We had booked for Tina Turner on Saturday 19th due to the weather our flight was cancelled we emailed straight away and explained , we got an email back saying our tickets were cancelled , I’ve been emailed numerous times , for either a reading or a credit note we can use again , no one replies just an absolute disgrace .

First of all, I would like to emphasize that the reviews left on Truspilot should be taken with caution.
