I've attended the ITD (international teaching diploma) since Sep. 2024 and I'm satisfied with the program and also my tutor (Ms. Adrija).
The lessons are practical, some also reflect actual cases in my class and my school. The lessons also include a lot of case studies and stories that can apply in reality. In some modules, I have to work on projects. It gives me chances to invest my time, ability and creativity in preparing lessons. Thanks to this course, I've understood further about how to manage and run my class in a more effective way. There are modules introducing about Behavioural Management, Learning Disabilities, Parents and teachers' roles.. which are new but also very interesting and helpful for me. Those help me a lot in building strong relationship with students and parents, also help me change my behaviors, attitude in interacting with different students.

My tutor - Ms. Adrija supports me a lot during my study. Through how she supports me through different lessons, I see that she has deep understanding and experience in education. Whenever I have question, she always replies me with full instruction and like, immediately replies. She always checks my projects before submitting in order to give me better suggestion to improve my work. Thanks a lot, Adrija.

I took the TEFL/TESOL course diploma level.The course was very comprehensive and well structured.I was doing it on my own pace. I will recommend to my friends.

Teachers way of teaching is unremarkable.

So they waited months before dispatching my certificate. They couldn't deliver to my PO Box so I gave them my physical address and asked for it to be re-routed, I can't track my parcel anywhere and neither can anyone working here... My fiance who also took the same course at the same time as me never received his tracking number meaning they never shipped it, but when he reached out recently reminding them to send his certificate, they responded asking him to send $40??? Like what? A hard copy of the certificate comes with the $250 fee we paid for, why are they asking for more money??? This starting to feel like a scam. I can't get anyone to help me or respond at all

UPDATE: got an email from support saying management has decided to re issue our certificates, and asked us to provide and confirm the new address, which I did. That was a few days ago. This morning I got another email from an overseas associate asking me to confirm whether or not I have received my certificate bc the old tracking information says delivered but in a different state than the one I live in... I replied "no I have NOT received anything, I know the old tracking info says delivered, but it's in New York, I do not live in New York. Please re issue and deliver both certificate to -insert address- using carrier FedEx."

What is going on here??? Can management directly handle this situation? Because it sounds like the overseas associates have no idea what's going on. We just want our certificate that we paid for...

The certificate I receive from the college has been extremely useful for my career. I hope more people could make use of them just like I did.

I have great experience with LCTT. I just finished my PG dimploma in SEN. Every topic is easy to understand.

It has been an absolutely wonderful experience. The learning has been set to my pace. The course work has been suitably distributed. There were no errors in submission. The interface is self explanatory. It is user friendly.

The lesson is comprehensive and easy to follow. The instructor is helpful and I feel comfortable to ask things I don’t understand.
