I’ve been dealing with London Diamonds Official since 2023 when I first ordered my
Engagement ring from them. The service is 5* and the communications is 5* too. I’ve had the ring resized twice free of charge. I could not fault them, James has been a credit all throughout the experience.

I sent my wedding band for a stone replacement and cleaning 7 days ago via post. I received it today and omg it looks literally brand new. I regret not sending my engagement ring as well for cleaning ! I can’t wait to get that cleaned as well by LD. Both rings were purchased from them and it’s been 10/10 service since then at no extra cost! 😍 it’s been about 3years now!

Really easy process and the customer service team kept me updated along the way, thanks to Miranda for dealing with all my questions. Along with that the product is amazing and looks exactly what I wanted.

London Diamonds is a remarkable company. They made my fiancés engagement ring last year and the service was unbelievably good. The ring and diamond were beautiful in every sense and it was a pleasure to deal with the company. They even refurbished my fiancés late mother’s wedding ring in preparation for our nuptials with no charge. I cannot recommend them highly enough and it’s a great shame that more companies do not lead by their example.

Their service has been perfect from ordering on line through to delivery. Communications were excellent and they even managed to get it made and delivered for a special day.
Miranda has been my point of contact throughout and nothing was too much trouble. A delightful company to deal with.

I have followed London diamonds for years and when I needed to upgrade my rings I knew exactly where to buy them from, the quality and value for money is un matched.

We weren’t spending the most but got treated like we were and the responsiveness and honesty was amazing!

I was dubious about buying unseen from the website but the ring was beyond my expectations it is spectacular and I can’t stop looking at it!

I sent it to London Diamonds and they managed to fix it completely free of charge and it looks brand new. Their customer service is excellent and it was back to me within a week. Easily one of the best jewellery buying experiences I’ve ever had! I first reached out to James and his team three years ago to design my dream eternity ring, they answered all my questions and communicating with them throughout the design process was so easy. They worked to my budget and found the best diamonds and designed the ring exactly how I wanted it. I’d never bought expensive jewellery completely through an online process before so was naturally very apprehensive, but they really put my mind at ease.

Their aftercare has been impeccable as well. Over the last few years I’ve had my ring serviced/cleaned and repaired when need completely free of cost. James and his team have been amazing and I will absolutely be a returning costumer when I’m ready for my next big purchase.

We had our beautiful London Diamonds engagement ring for a couple of years when it had a tragic accident and had to undergo significant repair work. LD went above and beyond to look after us and completed the work to the highest of standards. My fiance was worried that it wouldn't be 'her' ring anymore but it was perfect in every way and identical to the ring she had.

In a world where quality of customer service is declining, if I could give 6 Stars to London Diamonds I would. They are truly an unbelievable company run by wonderful people.
