Fantastic faultless experience-i made an appointment yesterday at the bank clinic at very short notice and was seen within a few hours early evening by Dr hanna davis who sorted out the problem i was having immediately- great company with great people I found everyone working at London doctors extremely knowledgeable polite pleasant and helpful

I have been having issues with accessing my historic health records. When I logon to the app it only shows my results up until 2023 and doesn’t include my test results from 2025.

I have emailed on many occasions and have been told that this cannot be fixed and I instead I have to ask the company to send me a link if I want to see my recent history.

I am a member and find this response unacceptable and typical of a company which has expanded rapidly and no longer has the expertise to resolve what should be a very simple issue.

Although I had no problems with the doctors, I do have a problem with the organisation. They boast about their mobile app and how you should use it to make appointments. Unfortunately, although I have "classic membership" the app will still insist on charging the full amount for each appointment and not allow the annual free one. Getting hold of someone is a tiresome process which is cutoff mid-session and no attempt to call back - therefore absolutely no satisfaction. This therefore leads me to the inevitable conclusion that any membership is a waste of money - don't bother subscribing to it.

I've been an LDC patient for years. Since being taken over by Spire, the service is appalling! Doctors are still lovely but there is clearly a huge systems integration issue. A series of issues has led to me having no medication since Friday. I will be looking for an alternative provider.

From the moment I walked in, I felt respected, listened to, and understood. Dr. Fenton showed true professionalism, integrity, compassion, and clarity throughout. He took time to understand my complex health issues and offered clear, honest advice about the best route forward via the NHS. He’s even writing a supporting letter to help me get the care I need.

He also took time to speak with my son, who left beaming and now wants to make his own appointment. We both walked out feeling hopeful for the first time in a long while.

The receptionist, Shai, was just as thoughtful — seeing I was in pain, he offered me his orthopaedic chair without hesitation. That small act of kindness meant a lot.

If you’ve been overlooked or dismissed by the system, this clinic is a breath of fresh air. We felt genuinely cared for — not rushed, not sold to — just properly looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

UPDATE TO REVIEW LEFT ON 9TH/10TH JUNE 2025: You email requesting further information in order to investigate my negative review. Exactly how much more information do you need- I've given clear detail below! It isn't difficult to investigate this.
I have since gone to a different service provider- who has actually taken the time to understand my health concerns and resolve my health issue.

Shambolic!
1) 27th May: When being seen by Dr for ear infection (bank premises), failed to notify patient of appropriate time to wait between finishing steroid spray and antibiotics and getting ear irrigation treatment.
2) 5th June: Ear irrigation appointment (Liverpool Street premises) told wouldn’t do the ear irrigation as it ‘looked slightly red’ despite my finishing steroid/antibiotics! Forcing patient to pay more money for Ear microsuction and attend another premises- in Oxford Strret!
3) 9th June: arrive for appointment and be told less than ten minutes before appointment due that nurse practitioner sick please reschedule!
Communication and management needs a drastic overhaul or better still this useless private practice needs being investigated by General Medical Practice! It’s not currently fit for purpose!

I was charged £99 for a so-called 'consultation' fee before my blood test, but later discovered that the person who took my blood is not registered with the General Medical Council as a consultant. They have no right to charge a consultation fee unless they are officially recognised as such. I was not reimbursed for the fee, and when I raised concerns, I was told this is “standard practice” and that no one has had issues with claims. This is misleading, unethical, and feels like dishonest business.

I would avoid this Clinic for your peace of mind.

I had a really bad experience with this clinic with the STD tests.

After performing STD a tests and half of them been done by swab instead of urine and blood, I experienced worse than appalling customer service. My emails and phone calls were not followed up, I was provided conflicting information, with one person saying one thing and the other something else. The doctor only responded to my complaint after one month since my complaint, and the management are ignoring my emails to this day.

The Doctor was very nice but I clearly explained I have not had any intimate relationships for a few years, I was perfectly healthy and have no symptoms of any of these deceases.

However, I was prescribed to do swab tests for half of them , for which I later found out they are not accurate, since I don’t present any symptoms.

I was fully charged for the appointment and the tests and after paying £500 , now I have to pay all over for the half of them in full , in order to do them by blood and urine which is an accurate way.

I cannot thank Dr. Fahad Khan enough for saving my life. I was hospitalized and suffering from multiple health issues, so I decided to go privately and booked an appointment with him. This was, without a doubt, the best treatment I have ever received.

Dr. Khan really listened to me, asked relevant questions, and was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. After weeks of suffering, he was able to help me recover. He conducted thorough checks, including blood tests and urine tests, and addressed everything I mentioned that was causing me pain. He prescribed the correct medication I needed to heal.

What stood out to me was his commitment to my recovery. He followed up to ensure the medication was working and adjusted my prescriptions based on my blood test results. I can't thank him enough for his dedication and care. If I had seen Dr. Fahad Khan while I was hospitalized, I’m sure my health would not have deteriorated and gotten worse. Everything he diagnosed and advised regarding my recovery time was spot on. I highly recommend him!

So easy to book, no waiting time and Dr Fenton put my mind at ease immediately. Thoroughly professional and he gave me a great deal of confidence. It’s a sad reflection of the state of the NHS I’m afraid. If you can afford it I cannot recommend LDC highly enough.

Terrible experience. After paying, I had my booking scheduled and was waiting for the doctor, only to find out they didn’t even know how to use the platform. A few minutes later, they cut me off completely.

They offered to reschedule, but I refused. When I asked for a refund, they flat-out denied it.

This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and not trustworthy. I would never recommend them to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

I was 6 minutes late to my 16.45 appointment and called multiple times in advance to let them know that this is the case. I am 6 weeks post partum and left my baby at home to come to this appointment only to see people waiting to be seen after me being asked to walk in the GPs office as I walked in cause I was 6 minutes late. I really needed to be seen quickly as their appointment's slots are 15 minutes but they have to see you for 15 full minutes apparently.

If you won’t pick up the phones or have a phone queue, don’t open or run a practice. I won’t be coming back. You give them a call multiple times and they also don’t ring you either just in case - it’s easier to grab money than to pick up the phone of a small clinic.

Doctor asked for my card details over the phone… not sure why and this does not seem like a safe/secure way to receive payment and a waste of medical professional time

This place is beyond poor in terms of service pity there isn’t a zero star .

When booking I asked can they do scans as I had been advised I needed scans and was told yes - A 15 min appointment happened where I was told they can’t do scans there is nothing they can do and that I should go to a and e .

I was told I would get a referral letter immediately - it arrived 23 hours later!

When at an and e the hospital asked three times for my letter to understand what the doctor had diagnosed which I couldn’t provide and delayed me over 7 hours in waiting.

When queried about their service and the lateness of the letter they state the letter would be of no use at a and e

So I’m Unsure what 99 pounds bought me -

Expect a cleaner and nicer environment but a rather filthy stairs and carpet and basic reception lack the premium private service they pretend to be - the words cowboys and robbery spring to mine - do not go here.

Booking was easy, doctor was great with one exception. She prescribed a drug that had been out of circulation due to production problems for over 12 months. I had to go back and get a new script which was stressful and inconvenient. Other than that great service and I would recommend if you are a tourist and need a doctor.

My 3.5 year old needed to see a GP urgently in a Sunday and, with a low immune system, could not attend A&E. I decided to stretch my funds and to pay for a private GP appointment to seek the urgently needed advice. I booked an appointment and paid for the session.
Just as we were preparing to leave I received a call- the GP on call was not equipped to deal with my child.
I’m so shocked as to where our health system has got to- what kind of mess are we in if we can’t even pay to see a qualified out of hours GP when we really need it.
I dread ever experiencing something like this on a Sunday again.

If I could give them a zero, I would. I booked and paid for a same day appointment, this was confirmed and then rescheduled 15 minutes later. I called up and rescheduled to another clinic, only to then get another phone call 5 minutes later to be told that the appointment no longer exists. I then called up again and have been left on hold for nearly 10 minutes, I’m beginning to wonder if this is all a scam.

Very pleased with my outcome at St Albans clinic. Dr H. Davies ensured everything was checked up in which I was enquiring about and I felt touch ar ease after. With nhs...the service has horribly gone downhill so it is very soothing to know you can go to a private GP and receive excellent service
