Patient

Patient, calm and reassuring. Going deaf is a situation none of us anticipate so it was with enormous trepidation that I attended my first appointment. I felt in safe hands and treated as an individual- no “one size fits all “solutions offered but careful explanations, personalised recommendations and excellent follow up service.

I saw Charlie today at the Camden


I saw Charlie today at the Camden store, he was very thorough & explained my hearing results very well after previously see a ENT SPECIALIST at my local hospital that wasn’t a very pleasant appointment.. I have recently developed tinnitus so it was very important for me that my results where explained in detail
