Med treated me with utmost professionalism, he had read my file before the session.
He took the time to explain to me how I can slow down earwax build-ups with clear and thoughtful explanations.
He carried out the treatment skillfully and with confidence.

I went in not sure if it was an Ear infection or earwax and the specialist was very calming and knowledgeable, made me feel very at ease. He removed the ear wax and gave me plenty of tips for maintenance. Would 100% go back and recommend to anyone.

Went to London Hearing Specialists as had lost my hearing in my right ear and was experiencing pressure, pain and dizziness. Asif was excellent. Very calm, explained I needed a wax removal. He explained everything very fully and was very gentle. Hearing totally restored best £55 I've spent in a long time.highly recommended

This is the second time I've used this service, and once again I'm very happy with the results, quick, painless and a good all round experience.

Professional staff member put me at ease. Procedure to remove wax from ears was explained step by step. Very satisfied with my treatment and to get my hearing back is amazing.

The audiologist was really nice however the whole appointment was complete nonsense. We booked via phone call to do custom earplugs for our 5 yo daughter that has grommets, they told us that the earplugs will be ready in a week. The audiologist told us that it is at least 3 weeks to have them ready plus that she needed an ear wax removal first that was 55 pound. I agreed and then he realised that the ear wax procedure is 95 and told me that because of the grommets state the earplugs cannot be done in this appointment. Basically I waste my money and time as she has an ENT appointment in April and they will have remove the wax.

I visited the London Hearing Clinic because my ears were clogged with a lot of wax. The doctor treating me was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, explaining the procedure in detail and giving advice on how to prevent future buildup. I am very happy with the procedure and the result, as my ears feel better and I can hear much more.
