Wonderful clinic, great staff and amazing results! I have had two rounds of Laser Hair Removal with Sobhna. I was really impressed at her professionalism and knowledge of the treatments. I am already seeing amazing results, highly recommend.

I’m currently undergoing laser tattoo removal (clearlift tattoo) using the Harmony XL Pro machine at Premier Laser & Skin in Kingston. Sobhna has been my practitioner and is very knowledgeable and professional. I’m really excited to see the final results!

I have been going to the Kingston branch for several years now and always received excellent service.
My Practitioner Sobhna is very experienced, knowledgable and friendly.She puts you at ease straight away.
I have been combining Harmony XL Pro Clearlift and Hydrafacial and seeing good results.

I had two sessions of Cearlift laser treatment for pigmentation on my face with Sobhna.She is very knowledgeable , efficient and super friendly.I can already see a difference and very pleased so far . I will highly recommend this treatment to anyone who suffers from pigmentation . Excellent service .

I chose premier laser clinic in Notting Hill Gate and it was the best decision I made! For my last session I had Toya and she was really amazing. She really was so thorough in how she carried out the laser, answered all my questions, gave fantastic advice, was so friendly and just really so helpful overall. I will definitely aim to have all my appointments with her! She needs to be given a raise! Overall, I have no complaints at all. Amazing clinic and I will definitely not be looking at other clinics for any other treatments in the future.

I did the herbal green peel with Tania and the results are amazing. My skin is glowing and the marks of my old acne are disappeared. Tania, like the rest of the staff, is super professional, kind and helpful. Definitely will come back

I have been using Premier Laser Clinic for as far as I can remember. The staff are always brilliant, from reception to treatments. You can expect to be treated professionally and politely. Karina in particular has been an amazing support, she has helped me achieve the look I have wanted to for years and for anyone doubting it I can confirm laser hair removal really works! I have had complete success on my underarms and now we are working on my face. Having also previously referred my cousin she has had success on full body hair removal. I felt in very good hands with the beauty therapist who did my 3 laser sessions, at Liverpool Street. I took them because I was told they would reduce scars, and although they had little effect on them, my skin certainly did glow for around 2 weeks, each time. I think they'd be great for a special event, or treat for yourself sometimes. I found Ugochi on reception really helpful, both on the phone and when you visit the clinic, she always goes the extra mile to help you. Thankyou Ugochi!

I have used the Liverpool Street Clinic for a course of laser hair removal. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They talk through the treatment and put your mind at rest.

The reason for the 3 stars is because of the difficulty I have scheduling my appointments. There is no online scheduling so you have to call which makes checking multiple dates / times under pressure tough. They used to run early sessions from 8am on Tues / Wed but they have stopped them (though the website says otherwise) which makes it difficult to attend as I have moved offices to near cannon st and leaving the office for a 10am / 11am appt isn’t ideal. You also have to plan quite far in advance to get a slot which is difficult during work hours where meetings get slotted in with less than a few weeks notice. As I am having intimate areas done the evenings after work does not work as I want to be fresh from a shower. One morning session they actually didn’t show up which was frustrating (especially as I avoided the sun on holiday to attend this appt), apparently they tried to cancel via phone but despite trying to change my number 3 times with them they were using my old number. Saturdays are always super booked so difficult to get an appointment unless you book a long time in advance.

To solve the scheduling issues I tried to rearrange for another clinic closer to home (Bromley) but apparently that’s not possible either. So now I’m stuck 3 treatments in to a course of 8 and really struggling to use the remainder of the sessions.

My experience at Premier Laser & Skin Clinic Kingston
It’s been now second session of my tattoo removal with the Harmony XL PRO lazer. This mashie is incredible. I have got tattoo on my face and due to new job I have to remove it. Everyone was keep telling me that the pain is so bad especially on face.
I have to tell, people was so wrong.
The lady name Sobhna she was so nice to me at all times. It was too hard not to talk to her. First she applied some cream on the zone and left it to work for 10min. Then she started the procedure. I was literally sitting and chatting to her while she was doing session and I felt not even tiny bit of pain. The results I could see straight away after first session, but after second one it’s even much better. Hardly can see now where was it.
I highly recommend this clinic and the lady Sobhna with her equipment. After procedure I don’t even have tiny scar left. The prices are also small comparing to everywhere I looked. Everyone who has tattoo witch no longer needs I recommend to get the appointment there.

Amazing experience with laser so far by Indigo from Premier Laser at Notting Hill. Very precise technique. Friendly & a can do attitude to go with the talent.
