Ordered a winter coat which took almost a month to arrive and turned out to be nothing like advertised was more like a cardigan and very badly made and cheap looking and after being asked to pay over £30 postage to return to China! I refused to send it back and was only refunded £6 shocking scam company!

Biggest scammer ever !! Bought a “waterproof jacket “ cheap sub standard material . Asked to return but informed returns depot in China and would cost £35 to return . They keep offering me credits to buy another item . What a joke

Ordered a waterproof coat. Arrived and not waterproof, poor quality, arms have bobbled in a week. Contacted customer services who stated this:
Enclosed is the return form, as we only have one warehouse in the world, we can only process returns through there. Returning to another address may result in getting rid of your package and will not suffice for a refund on your order.

If that is not an option for you, we also offer the following: To help you avoid the hassle and high return costs (which can be as much as £30 for shipping back to China), we have an alternative solution just for you! you can then just keep your items and do not have to return anything.

You will get a refund of 20% of your total order value and we credit it to your payment method. Then you can for example give the item to friends or family. We hope you can understand and I hope to resolve this soon together with you.

People, do not waste your money! Stay away from this company, it’s a scam!…. The items are not even near as described on the website and you can’t get a full refund back either. If there would be an option to submit pictures of the “alleged “ winter jacket I bought, I would…unfortunately it isn’t. Hard lession learnt for me, but hopefuly this review will help someone else…

I deliberately ordered a rain jacket 3 sizes too big. I am normally a size 16. The jacket when it finally arrived, if I was guessing, was a size 14. Emails responses from London's Finest were vague to say the least. I had to ask 3 times for return info. Other than the name, there is nothing London about them, their goods come from China.

Well whilst waiting for my nice warm winter coat I decided to check out reviews for this company …seems I’ve wasted £50 ….should have read before but all looked so good I just went ahead. & ordered ..I’m normally not sucked in but this time due to having things on my mind & not in the right head space I made a mistake !! Least now I know not to get excited when/if my parcel arrives …

I'm so stupid cos I should have read the reviews. It's a scam. You can't return your items. They'll want to charge you £30 to process a return. It's stupid. SPREAD THE WORD.

Stay away from this company, their products are fake, cheap knockoffs from China, 100% refund guarantee is a false statement, Londons Finest is a scam company!!!!

Still waiting over 3 weeks for my coat I wish I had read all the reviews I would have never touched this company !!! Do not buy.

Paid £49 for a winter coat and received a cheap fleece!!! Can’t return as it costs a fortune.

If I could give zero stars I would. Supposed to be a weatherproof and waterproof coat, but it is a cheap poor quality fleece, which I wouldn’t even pay £10 never mind £50! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

If no stars was an option, that’s what I would have given. After weeks if waiting, the coat arrived, and what a disappointment. It looks nothing like the image; it’s not waterproof; it’s cheap and nasty fabric; what a scam. If only I’d read the reviews first. Utter garbage.

If only I had read previous reviews I would have saved myself £50. Bought a coat advertised as a Winter coat. Thought it strange when I saw the package as it was quite small. You can literally seen through the material so unless I’m doing Winter in Hawaii then it’s no good. Asked for refund and was told I’d have to send it tracked to China! This would cost £30 but I could get 15% refunded. False advertising I’d say. Obviously nothing to do with London or Finest!!! Would highly recommend not shopping there.

Yes, like the fool I am I did click on a Facebook ad for this company and I did order something from them. Money taken and then pretty much ‘radio silence’. Although I can’t 100% claim that they are a ‘dodgy outfit’, it doesn’t take much to work out once you’ve ordered from them that they’re less than reputable. Apparently my goods are on their way from China - last update was 9 days ago. You have been warned so, if you still do decide to buy from this ‘company’ then you’ll definitely get what you paid for (or not get anything at all). You live and learn.

**The top finally arrived. The material was shocking (any spark and it would have burst into flames). The garment did not look like the picture as there were buckles and trim that were a different colour. Truly a total rip-off and scam. Trying to return it would have cost more than the garment itself. Needless to say it went straight in the bin and I have learnt a lesson - ALWAYS CHECK TRUSTPILOT BEFORE BUYING FROM SOMEWHERE NEW AND UNKNOWN.

I ordered what was advertised as a “waterproof and weather proof” coat half price for £45 from London. It took almost 3 weeks to come and it was a thin material hoody definitely false advertising. Asked for a refund and was told it would cost £30 to send back to Asia! And offered 15% refund which equates to roughly £6!!! Do not buy from here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could have given zero star I would have. I ordered a jacket which took three weeks to arrive. It was too small and I emailed for a return and refund. They didn't give me the address and they skirted round it by offering me 20 or 30% back. Several emails later they were being nothing but difficult. I'm furious as I can very easily return items to Shein with no problems. Don't use London's Finest, there's nothing fine about them!!

This is a scam company claiming it’s based in London, but is actually in Asia. Do not use! The goods are cheap and nasty, the returns policy is that the buyer has to return goods to Asia at their own expense. It’s the same outfit as LOUVICO MANCHESTER and other similar names on Facebook. Not to be trusted.

Absolute crap. I am disgusted to have been taken in, buying a ‘waterproof and weatherproof winter coat’ which is just a shoddy piece of rubbish. Not even worth a tenner. Market stall sh*te.
