What a lovely company to deal with. Everyone was polite, efficient, friendly and helpful. A five star service from start to finish.

Sandro came to fit the safe. The place I chose was not the right one, Sandro was happy to help me find a different place, he was incredibly efficient and engaging, nothing was too much trouble for him and this safe is not going anywhere. The whole process end to end was perfect. I would certainly recommend this company.

LHCS provided an excellent 'end to end' customer experience, starting from the initial conversations with Davis (owner) to the installation itself (Sandy). I recommend their company without hesitation.

Excellent product and well worth the price.
Just know that they only fit between 10am and 2pm mon to fri and fit ONLY 2 man safes on Wednesday.

Really pleased with this - David talked me through the products and got something suitable, and the guys delivered and installed it on schedule, including taking it up multiple flights of stairs. Happy with the price too.

Searched safes online, found the best safe and then whatsapped this company. They responded immediately and sent recommendations. I looked through and chose one. Questions were answered late in the evening too!
I paid and had a fitting date a few days later. Was updated as to arrival time and the fitter couldn’t have been nicer. Cleaned up after himself and fixed something else that wasn’t right in my house!

Great service overall

Having decided to purchase a safe i searched the internet to find the best value safe for the money. Whilst many online suppliers offered the same product London and Home Counties safes had the clearest and most simple to navigate website coupled with good product videos.

Once I decided on the model I engaged in online communication with David who further assisted me with information on delivery and installation which unlike others is included in the price of the safe.

Delivery was made in an unmarked vehicle and installation was performed by Sandro who was meticulous with the installation. Once complete all original packaging was removed and the area cleaned before I was given a full overview of how to operate the safe

I am completely satisfied with my purchase and the buying experience and have no hesitation in recommending this company.

The engineers/contractors arrived at the allotted time.

Advised me of the best location for fitting. Unpacked it fitted and cleared up.

They were very polite, friendly and were respectful of their surroundings.
