Wasn’t sure what to expect but the team made it easy and gave a lot of confidence.

I needed a Gun Safe installed in London NW7 and found London & Home Counties Safes on the internet.

They were very easy to deal with and responsive on WhatsApp ensuring I sent them pictures of the proposed installation site.

On the day of installation they kept me informed of timings and when they did arrive the process was swift and very professional. They even cleaned up after themselves.

I would recommend.

We were a bit clueless with regards to which safe to install - David at the Guildford branch (GU2) was very helpful and provided the advice we needed to ensure the safe met our needs. Sandy arrived within the time specified for the safe installation which was a quick and easy process, he also went through the locking/unlocking process and how to set up our new code. Wed would highly recommend them to provide the best safe options as well as for the installation.

Very efficient

Two very helpful and pleasant employees installed my safe, having had to lug it up two flights of winding narrow stairs. Very well done. I am very satisfied with the service that I received from my first contacting David on WhatsApp until installation.

I took delivery of my safe today and it fully met my expectations. It was installed professionally and quickly and the instructions given very clearly. I'd definitely recommend London Safes.
