the delivery was fast and precise. the communication was great!

After a week-long wait, they eventually responded to my emails. I'll bump up my original review by two stars since it seems they value customer opinions and reviews. However, the week-long wait for a reply is still not ideal. Now, let's see how the purchasing process unfolds.

Good choice of stuff (a bit too expensive though!) and a very friendly and helpful sales person Mahesh in Canary Wharf store.

Great range of high end ski wear for kids and adults

Purchased 2 items which arrived quickly and well wrapped. Absolutely loved the items - We Norwegians.

I ordered a white ski jacket from Fusalp in December 2023. The jacket arrived quickly as promised. However when I opened the box the ski jacket was not even protected in plastic or paper. There were brown marks (on a white jacket...) on the sleeves and on the front of the jacket. I contacted the shop the same day to explain the problem but they never replied since then. I paid €800 for a white ski jacket that looks like a second-hand due to visible dirty spots AND with no after-sales service.
