Customers job was tricky access, the driver was great and made our lives a lot easier getting the slab as close as possible to the job.

Fantastic experience
After searching tile and paving suppliers in MK I found an absolute gem at London Stone Denbigh Hall, Bletchley.
The showroom was really well laid out and has a sample bar too.
But the service was the icing on the cake. Very knowledgeable regarding the products and listened to what I wanted offering meaningful advice. Thank you- we will be back!

Unfortunately this project didn’t run…
Unfortunately this project didn’t run like it should. This is very unusual for London stone but on this occasion some of the products weren’t correct and some were missing. These things happen but the time it took to fulfil the order affected our clients experience and us completing the project on time.

I have taken onboard the points you have raised in the review and investigated into this to see what had happened. I can see that once the issue was brought to our attention our colleague Joe took on fixing this for you and made sure to get the correct goods out to you as soon as he possibly could to limit the delay onsite.
Please accept my apologies for the delay this caused you onsite and I imagine due to how close this was to the bank holiday there was added pressure.
As you stated unfortunately errors can happen from time to time but we do pride ourselves on our customer service to put those errors right and fix the issue.
The issue will be addressed internally with the department head for further assessment and checks to be done on the orders being picked by our Operations team moving forward.

We recently worked with this stone supplier and had a very positive experience. The quality of the materials was excellent, with a wide selection available to suit different styles and budgets. The team was knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive throughout the process, making everything run smoothly from inquiry to delivery.
Delivery was on time, and the stone arrived in great condition, exactly as described. Their attention to detail and customer service really stood out.
