Lonvera has been very good for me
Lonvera has been very good for me. The products, Vital Bull and Boneflex have helped reduce inflammation in all of my joints. I noticed especially in my knees, less pain each morning. Sleep has improved, soreness has faded noticeably. I made mistakes on my orders/subscriptions and the staff has fixed the issues quickly. Very happy

After taking boneflex for couple weeks I started having upset stomach symptoms, couldnât figure out why, when I realized is was the boneflex I stopped and it went away. The company somehow had signed me up for auto delivery which I had not requested sent me more , when I said I didnât want it because of what happened, they refused to give me my money back, even though when they advertise they say money back guarantee, DONâT believe them they are lying, I had to keep the ones that I had bought before because they wouldnât take back and the ones that they had auto sent me I had to pay for return postage. The product tastes horrible with horrendous taste, and the company takes advantage of people. Ordered the product, but didn't realize it was a subscription. Contacted the company to cancel the subscription and received a confirmation email from the company. Two months later, I'm still getting charged and the subscription has not been canceled. Very shady practices. Avoid this company! I now have to file a complaint with my credit card.

I had no illustrations when I bought this product. I did try many similar ones. But to my surprises, after taking BoneFlex for two weeks I stated feel the very positive effect on my hip joint. The pain was reduced for 50%... So I bought another portion and I am more mobile now. Highly recommend.

I canceled the subscription on JuneâŠ
I canceled the subscription on June 21st and one month later I received a notification that a new order was made and I was charged again. I went to the website and confirmed there are no subscriptions active and sent them an email that they did not reply. Opened a paypal case and they say they will no refund because their system shows recurring order so what I'm supposed to do to have my money back and to stop the shipments if I already canceled and rhey keep sending orders with no active subscriptions! BEWARE SCAM COMPANY!! In additionto that their label doesn't have a full disclosure of amount of each ingredient so trash products.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Lonvera. I only placed one order with this company in May, but an additional order was processed and sent to me that I did not place or authorise.
When I discovered the package had arrived, I contacted Lonvera to ask why this order had been sent and to request a refund and instructions on how to return the unwanted items. Despite sending emails, I have received no response or support from the company.
The items are still unopened in the original packaging, and I am simply trying to return them and resolve this matter, but I have been unable to get any communication from Lonvera.
I am a single working parent of three children and I cannot afford to lose my hard-earned money over an order I did not place. I hope Lonvera takes this matter seriously and responds so this can be resolved fairly.
