Still waiting for the delivery from November. There is no customer service.
Several messages and emails without answers.

2 months ago i ordered an item online and never received the product. They won't answer my mails, calls and even on instagram they don't react to questions asked about what's going on. We really tried everything. Please save your money, don't order there...

Not paying invoices, not answering emails. Have they gone bankrupt?

I have ordered couple of times and I really love what I purchased, the delivery was fast and the customer service replied to me immediately when I wanted to ask about the sizes before I proceed with my order. Also when I wear Loolios everyone reacts to how beautiful the pieces are.

I ordered a sale item, a shirt listed as fitting "true to size", and also because a sale item listed as not for returns or exchanges. There was also a model of 190cm height apparently wearing a size Large, I am 181cm so I was reassured to get my usual size (large). When it arrived it was extremely short, essentially a midriff, which doesn't make any sense because on the 190cm model it seemed to fall below the waist. I contacted them to say this must be a mistake and they said no refunds no exchanges on sale items and are now not answering my emails. It's sketchy, but I guess they did say no exchanges, it's just that they've quite clearly misrepresented the item online. I can't wear this.

Customer service is non existent! I’ve tried reaching them on multiple occasions regarding an order placed back in august that I never received.

Anyone else having this issue?

Great product quality and designs. Fast shipping. Overall great buying experience.
